There's a flight from September 10-17 from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale for $258 roundtrip after tax.

Try it on www.Airtransat.ca

It's about 30% cheaper than any other flight to Florida at the moment.

September 1-8 and September 8-15 from Toronto to Orlando are also down to $259 roundtrip after tax.

That's on Air Transat's site as well.

The only problem with the Ft. Lauderdale flight is that you have to rent a car and then face a couple of hours driving to get to WDW.

I'd still rather pay a bit more for MCO and let DME do the driving and baggage handling.

I'm telling everyone about my great flight prices. $419, taxes included, round trip from Halifax to Orlando. One stop in Newark, flying with Continental. This is for September 24th to October 5th and includes travelling on a Saturday.:banana::banana:

I was hoping for $500 or less and so I guess this means I have $180 extra to spend at WDW! How's that for Disney math???

Those are insanely cheap fares to go any place out of YYZ. Your doing well is you find something for $400.

I got my flight from Vancouver to Orlando on Expedia for $478!!! Flying out on a Friday and coming home on a Thursday:cool1:

we travel a lot and to me (IMO) the best flight prices are directly with the carrier. we always go direct no stop overs as in the past have learned that the hard way and wasted day of vacation. may be little more but time off from work is money also....and we used to always rent a car and one year told my BIL was not going to and he had a fit--BUT once he took DME he hooked no more driving for him...no luggage to mess with either..so now we all rest form home to Disney resort:cool1: once at disney do not need a car to us just waste more park time. however do know some need to fly out of some airports that do require a change.

https://www.jetradar.com is the only place I go to search flights now, after consistently finding them to find the best deals. They don't 'promote' any particular airline, but are totally transparent, plus they include the extra fees and taxes that you know you have to pay but many other 'comparison' sites leave off. This is helpful, as you can make a fair assessment of which is the best price.
