Welcome to my TR, finally. I hate when life gets in the way of Disney.

We had a very interesting trip. For those of you who don’t know us, let me start by introducing my family:

There is myself, Jaime, I am a 33 year old working mom of 2 sweet girls. I love all things Disney and LSU Tigers football. I am always trying to lose weight. LOL! My Disney favorites are Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster, and the Festival of the Lion King show.

My DH of 12 years is Shannon. He works very hard for us to be able to enjoy all the things we like to do, especially going to Disney. He is also a big LSU football fan. His Disney favorites are Rockin Roller Coaster, and anything else we like. You will see this is a habit of his, whatever we want, he’s ok with. Sometimes this is good and sometimes it’s bad!

Oldest DD, Jaden is almost 11. Wow, she is growing up so fast. She will be going to the 6th grade when school starts again, which she is actually looking forward to going to middle school. She is in love with Justin Bieber right now and loves dancing. She is on a competition dance team at her dance studio. Her Disney favorites are Rockin Roller Coaster, Splash Mountain, and her newest is Space Mountain.

Baby DD, Madison or Madi is 6. She is going to the 1st grade and not looking forward to it. She is also a dancer. She likes to swim and Justin Bieber. Her Disney favorites are Mad Tea Party, Carousel of Progress and It’s a Small World. She does not like any thrill rides.

This trip we also brought along my Father-in-Law Carl and Mother-in-Law Gail. This was their first trip to Disney and I think it was their last. They are not much into spending a whole lot of time with the kids. So I knew this trip was going to be challenging. As we were planning the trip, I was a little concerned about MIL walking so much at Disney, she is sorta a big person. She said she has no trouble walking because they go to Vegas once a year and she walks up and down the strip all day with no problem. Remember I said this. Also, she likes to drink beer and alcohol and she wanted to know where she would be able to buy beer or alcohol at the hotel and at each park.

Thanks everyone for joining me on this adventure. And what an adventure it was.

I had no idea you had started the report until I saw it in your signature on Jen's report. I'm going back to see what I've missed so far.

Well, I'm back....thank goodness I wasn't too far behind and only missed the intros. I'm looking forward to hearing about how the in-laws did. You may recall that we took my mother with us last year (and this year too) and it's definitely a challenge.

I'm in. I'm taking my daughter for the first time and my parents are tagging along. I'm a little worried about all this together time. :lmao:

I can't wait to hear about your experiences! popcorn::

Can't wait! This sounds like it's going to be a good one!! Can't get over how much the girls have changed...they are growing up so fast:rolleyes1
