The judicial systems never cease to amaze me. Would almost be fun to try this out and see if it flies in US! ;)

I don't know about others, but I'm saying most American judges don't seem to be kind enough to actually acquit someone on that defense and give them a chance for redemption....

Not saying people wouldn't try....
 


I wonder if his mind was so "muddled" that he was just stealing any old package or if somehow he was selective with more valuable looking ones. :rolleyes:
 
Sounds like he is being held responsible for his actions, he lost his job. That is huge. I don't get how post traumatic stress syndrome will cause you to steal packages, especially when he said he gave in to temptation, but he is having to pay for his actions plenty.
