I got my new sketch tassle tote today after wanting it forever. I love how it has Mickey and Minnie front and center

Thanks! I have gone through several purses but have sold them once I needed money to buy medicine for my illness but now that I am better I actually get to keep the purses if I want to! I got this one and then the anniversary messenger but that one hasn't come yet

Now I am doubly happy you got such a perfect placement, since you have had to sacrifice what you wanted for your health. I am glad you are better and again enjoy this purse lots and lots!:cloud9:
 
I asked my mom for the princess wristlet for my birthday! Wish me luck! princess: Its one of those things I would never buy for myself, you know? So cute though! :(

Hi, I saw your purse on the facebook page, very cute. I appreciated your comment about buying it, not being able to use it, selling it, then buying it again because you like it so much and now selling it again. i have done that very thing and thought I must be the craziest person. thanks for letting me know i am normal. I have done that with the margot twice because I love the purse but it is too small for me. Thankfully I was able to sell it both times. :confused3

Just got back from an amazing 10 day trip - and was surprised with a weekender bag for my birthday! I'll post pics later, but it's beautiful! And HUGE!

I bought my messenger bag a week ago and the leather clasp around the cloth strap was coming unsewn. I sent them an email and I got a form letter back telling me to mail to them, then I would get a letter explaining what needed to be done and then they repair or replace depending on my reply.

I mailed them the strap 2 day via USPS and got notification from USPS that the package was delivered, but I have yet to hear anything from D&B....

I was hoping that someone on here had dealt with them before and could shed some light on the experience.

Well I wanted to give an update on the D&B process...

So I got a letter from D&B dated June 8, 2011 telling me that it could take up to 4 weeks to get my strap back.. Really!!!

I think this is unacceptable. I mean they are a big company and I bought a brand new bag, copied the receipt and sent it along and all they had to do was send a new strap back to me, but I get a form letter (attached) and longer wait time than should be.

Ugg! That stinks. Hopefully it's just a form letter that they send to everyone and your strap won't take that long to arrive.:wizard:

I hope so. I will keep everyone posted. I think I am just upset that i have not been able to carry it all this time.
