No clue how anyone can go on that thing. It litterally goes straight up.

They don't have a Southern California pass for a 1 day deal. It's $76.00 for an adult and $68.00 for a child. They do have a Southern California annual pass which is $239.00 and thats with 215 days you can go. Everything is just so high..that we can never do anything as a family. I know...that's what I get for having so many kids and I wouldn't change a thing.

I got t-shirt transfer paper in work. Only tried it for the first time the other night and some of the design peeled away already but I think that's because I didn't do it properly. It was the first one I tried so hopefully if I do more they'll work out better now that I know how it works lol.


I just bought already done iron ons and then went to Joanns and bought shirts. Most didn't survive the first washing though.
That's expensive! I was pricing Paris before I decided to go back to Florida. For 14 days in Florida in November it's only 100 euo more expensive than 5 nights in Paris in September. Ridonkulous!

That's just nuts. Mr Walt is turning over in his grave as he wanted this to be a family park. How can families enjoy it..if the price to get in are so high.

Discovery Cove Day!!!
I want to first Thank Gail and Billy for this AMAZING day and giving my daughter her wish come true.

We get up at 6:30am to finally head to Discovery Cove. We had to be there at 8am for check in.

This was in lobby at DC

We get all checked in and got our badges. We were told that the girls swim with the Dolphins would be at 12:20pm. Perfect timing.

We get to our lockers and put everything in so we can head to have some breakfast.

After breakfast we go back to the locker to change into our wet suits and put on sunscreen.

yeah we went in 2005 as a birthday present for moi but haven't been since. It's so expensive but thing I love about it once you pay in you don't really need money for rest of day as food is included.

Just began to read your report. I am up to the Pick a Pearl. I did that last year as well. soo cool. I really liked the rings. I got the necklace where the pearl is set in the oyster thing. I might do it again to see if i can get a ring.

After swimming in the nice warm waters we all decided to go check out the Sting Rays. Can I say they feel so weird when they go between your legs.

After playing with the Sting Rays We went into the other pool and took some pictures of some fish

By now it was 12:00pm. Time to head over to the Seahorse Cabana so the girls came swim with the Dolphins. I was on . I just couldn't believe all this was happening.

wow you got great photos of the rays....I couldn't get any good photos and Megan was freaking out about them and the water being soooooo cold, so we only stayed a couple minutes...

Kris, can I just say that you were brave to go into the sting ray pool? I think I would be like Megan - freaked out! The pictures of the sting rays came out nice and so did the fishes.

Those are awesome pictures, but no way could you get me in those waters!! I hate thinking about fish swimming under me in the lake or ocean, I can't imagine having my feet next to them on purpose!
