Getting all caught up! Royal Palace looks nice. Loved the slippers on the chandelier and the coach bread basket. Those details were great!

Those fireworks look great! I think that would be soo much fun.

Yay for your Dooney and Bourke!!

Sure hope you can get Claire's trampoline fixed. Those things can be dangerous in the wind. My DH always pushes Jeremy's up against the woods when a storm comes through hoping that it would block the wind from blowing it.

Can't wait to see if you rode the aquaduck!

I think River is all better now I sent him back to school today and he had no problems. I was getting very worried about our trip.

I've been reading your trip report and finished last night. I was excited to come back today to check for more!! Please let us know if you get to go on the August trip to Disney. That would be so interesting! My name is Jessica and my husband, DS (2) and DS (4) will be going with my parents on our first Disney cruise in Feb. aboard the Magic. We are so excited and it has been great reading about other people's experiences with DCL to get prepared.

I so hope you get to go on your TA trip!! Man, I can't imagine how anxious you are to know for sure!

I love all of Claire's pirate pictures - and the ones with you both in them are just SO precious. I agree with Skip - that one of Claire doing a pirate scowl would make the cutest Cmas card. I can just picture it, maybe in B&W with a cheesy saying (I say that as someone who typically makes a card with a total cheeseball pic of the kids with equally cheeseball saying)

It's probably wrong of me to say this, seeing as how it's 8:30am and I'm responsible for 3 small children right now but man, I could totally go for one of those orange/pineappley drinks. They look too good!

Pirate Minnie's outfit is super cute!!

Sorry to hear Claire's trampoline got hit - that was a heck of a weather week last week, wasn't it?? We didn't get much other than some minor wind and thunderstorms but I know you guys further north sure got it!

I haven't heard anything yet, but I know our owner leaves for vacation for 2 weeks tomorrow. I am going with the thought that all is OK. She sounded positive.
I have mornings like that too!
I ordered parts for the tramp today. It will probably take a week. I'm so sick of this weather. it was lows 60's Friday with wind and rain, Sat was nicer but still low 70s and we had rain...then it hit 90 and humid as all heck for the last few days. We can't seem to get a happy medium.

Where the tramp is at is a bad spot. We have a pond behind our house, with a hill behind that, so I think the wind swoops over the hill and hits everything worse. I have ordered parts today. I hope we can get it back to new.

I bought it on etsy. I want to say the seller is something like thesouthernpineapple. You can search pillowcases and you will find all sorts of cute ones.

I finally told Claire yesterday morning. I had found out we could order individual parts for it, so I went and told her in a positive way. (Of course those dang parts were on back order) She went and looked out the window and cried. And then we realized she has lost one of her Minnie earings and she cried some more. But she got over it. Today I got an email that the part is back in stock in limited supply, so I quickly went and ordered what I needed.
So Glad River is better. I was worried. Was it just the flu? Now you stay well as well. No need for others to come down with anything!

Thanks so much for reading along. I have to confess I have been working on my Cedar Point pictures today. I will go back to Disney pictures tomorrow and try to get some more up. My oldest DD is moving tomorrow though, so I have to help her with that.

You are going to have so much fun on the Magic. Where are you sailing to? I know it's doing a lot of different stuff next year. I think in March and April is even does the same exact sailing as the Dream.

We are doing the Western Carribbean ( Cozumel, Key West and Grand Cayman with a stop at CC. This is our first time cruising with the kids. My oldest will be close to five and my younger will have just turned three. My goal this summer is to potty train him so that will be one less thing to worry about on the trip!

Cedar Point is fun, but L liked it more when I was a kid/teen and was much more adventurous. I'm pretty wimpy now. The wild rides at Disney are pretty tame to Cedar Point.

That sounds like so much fun. I would love to do that cruise as well, but Skip doesn't like the longer ones with more days at Sea. I'll convert him some day!

I know all about the potty training. My 2 older ones were pretty goo and were trained in the year 2, but Claire refused. She was 3 and still wouldn't get on. She accidently went maybe twice while I would sit her on, but never had any desire to go. When she was about 3 and 2 months she was taking a bath and asked to go potty, I said sure, but didn't expect anything...and she got and went...a lot!!! And fro mthere on she would always go and was completely trained in 2 weeks.

Day 4 ~ April 2nd, Saturday


I slept GREAT that night again. The bed was so Comfy!!!

I awoke on Sat. around 5:30 AM…yes…I said it…5:30! But I did lay in bed till 6..trying to force myself back to sleep. It didn’t work.
I got dressed and decided to make the morning rounds. Let's see what my buddies up on deck were cleaning this morning!

Before I go on, I’ll post the Navigators of the day so I don’t forget to later.

I started my morning journey by looking for the laundry room. Mom and I had talked of doing a load at some point, so I went to check it out.

I wandered a little bit indoors then.

This is one of the pictures that would just randomly start doing something. I think Alice falls down a rabbit hole in this one.

Cabanas is very empty this early in the morning.

It was still pretty dark, but very peaceful. And busy. It’s amazing how many guys are out cleaning.

The CM’s were all so nice and friendly and would say hi as I passed by.

It is cute and fun. I don't have a lot of places to use it, but I still like it. I saw lady with the exact same one at Cedar Point. She said she uses it as her camera bag.

Loved the Dolphin encounter. The wife and I did it when we stayed at the Sandals Royal Bahemian resort. Love all the pictures, now I am going to have to nag the wife that we need to do a Disney Cruise sometime.

You're fast. I'v been reading a TR on another board and It took me 3 days to get to 60...skipping all the chat in between and I still have 50 more to go.

I honestly can't remember. I only got a cone once there and I want to say it was orange flavored. Not the best though. I do remember that. I think it had a few twists and a few plain flavors. I never looked at the toppings.

There weren't a lot of options. One day I remember there was a strawberry/chocolate, banana/chocolate, vanilla/chocolate and something without chocolate, maybe it was the orange/vanilla. All flavors could be had either alone or swirled. There were sprinkles and caramel or chocolate sauce. I don't even remember seeing nuts. My kids spent a lot of time here.
