It was suggested that we set up a thread dedicated to our podcast, so here it is. It's probably a good idea to collect podcast comments here (though comments at disdads.com for each show, and reviews on iTunes are much appreciated as well). I don't have a problem with mentioning things here, but I'll be blunt and say that posting information on the boards is a bad way to get my attention about podcast stuff. There are all kinds of reasons that checking the boards here may be difficult or impractical for me on a particular day. If you need me to know something (volunteering for a particular show, or something's come up and you won't be able to record with us, for example) it's ALWAYS best to Email me at my screen name @disdads.com.

For show topics, the first place I'm going to look is the Podcast Ideas page at disdads.com. The second place I'll go it my Email. This might be the third place I look. The other two are just more efficient to go to first.

For show discussion, the best place is still disdads.com, using the comments for each show. But if there is general podcast discussion, something from an older podcast you want to discuss, or something relevant to multiple podcasts, this is probably the best place to post.

I hope that makes sense. Ultimately, people will post where they want to. I'm just sharing my likely process.

The reason I suggested this thread as I find it hard to navigate disdads.com sometimes...or at least finding the proper link for item "X"...or the grouping such as "Podcast Episode" in which to find item "X".

Our Founder (The Disney Fanatic) had posted a comment on Episode 7 which seemed to me like he was having a similar problem.

Plus since the majority of the Disdad traffic is here...I figured it would be a good place to post those links too...kind of a quick filter.

1) He is a Dad.
2) He is not available to record the show with us "live," because he'll still be at Walt Disney World.
3) You've almost certainly heard him before, even if you haven't heard OF him.

great job as usual on the last pod cast aaron! i have to admit, as you can tell, im not to computer savy. i dont have an ipod, yes, i said it, i dont have a an ipod. i listen to it via disdad.com. i do go on disdad.com and noticed you have a live feed, great idea! i just have a hard time navigating on disdads. like i said,as you know, im not to computer savy, it took 2 years for me to fiqure out how to multi quote. id like to leave comments but not sure where to do that. id also like to get involved on pod casts but, i dont shut up normally but stick a mic in front of me and its like i got 10 ton lips. dah,dah,dah. anyway, your doing a great job and look forward to listening to the pod casts!!!
