Resort pools

Looking to extend our already booked vacation in August but adding it to the beginning. We are starting out at US then on to OKW so I was going to add a few nights before US. My question is besides BC which we have stayed at and love, in the deluxe category because of the current discount, which other resort has the best pools? We might visit the parks for a day but most time will be spent around the resort relaxing before our vacation starts! We love the BC but I was looking at trying a new resort! TIA!

I think the pool at Jambo House is great as is the volcano pool at at the Poly but it can get very very crowded. For shear size the GF pool is good. Have you considered a day at one of the water parks. Stay in a moderate resort and go to TL or BB?

I love the pool at the Boardwalk and there's lots to do on the Boardwalk for a more relaxing/non-park oriented visit. Of course, it may seem redundant since you'll be at the BC a few days later.

We will havE the waterparks on our 7 day stay and with the 30% discount the deluxe is cheaper than the moderates I did check that out! Thanks for the advice.

We are staying at OKW this year needed a villa and BC was booked I have been looking at BW really want to stay there but also want to try GF and Poly lol they make it so hard to decide!

How about Saratga Springs? They will have their new pool completed by the time of your trip. Sounds like it will be a nice pool and a lot of fun for the kids and you are only a short walk/boat ride to Downtown Disney for evening entertainment.

I really like OKW. I think it is one of the most relaxing resorts on Disney property and my kids love the sandcastle slide. The gurgling suitcase has the best bartenders on propery and there is a sauna in the lighthouse for the adults. If you are just there to relax it does not have the view of the parks so you will not feel like you are missing something by not being there but you are close enough if you want. Love the boat ride to DTD too.
