Any hope for Nov 2011 discounts?

With the release of today's free dining for September 2011, I am wondering whether there is any hope for Nov 2011 discounts. I'm not really hoping for free dining, just something for some money off our room. When do they historically mention any discounts for November as well as the spring (march)? I know this has been asked many times (can't find it) so sorry in advance.

You can go to mousesavers.com who shows a list of historical discounts for the last several years.

But honestly, the way things have been going this year, I think Disney is starting to "wean" us off discounts.

They seem to be just dipping their toes in the water on discounts this year; releasing them in dribs and drabs. I think you are going to see less and less public discounts and more pin codes as the year goes along.
