Wanna See an Autograph Book? Another one to share. 2/24/13 Update

yeah I honestly don't know who Duffy is....

it's probably because I don't have children, AND I haven't been to Disney since LAST September. (2009)

Great layouts! May I ask how you cut your titles? Still a challenge for me but I guess it shouldn't be so much so since I bought a Cricut ummm...2 years ago. Really should get it out of the box!! :rotfl:

You got it! Use your Cricut!!

And now I know how to weld my letters together using my Gypsy + Cricut (yet another thing to buy ;) so it cuts out a word at a time and not the individual letters -- a great time saver!!

-bows down-

I have no words for how awesome this is. I wanted to do a similar thing when I go in December, having a separate scrapbook just for character photos, but... wow.

WOW! You have made an amazing book to treasure once it's filled out with pictures and autographs. I can only imagine the time it took to make. You are very talented. :)

AWESOME JOB!!! :cheer2:

Thank you everyone!!! It was/is fun to do but oh-so big and heavy to carry around. But so cool to page through and look at and share with others in the park.

Yes, it did take a long time to do ... and I soon have to do it all again for my youngest child who is 2yo...(Rachel got hers at 3yo).

I will try to post some pictures of the completed pages with siggies and photos. They are really special!

Wow, your autograph books are amazing! You have inspired me to do something like this for Seth when he gets old enough to want to meet the characters.

I am surprised though, that you did the Pooh one, lol.

Great job!

I know, I know (hangs head in shame...)

But I can't withhold WTP from my kids, since they love him. My oldest now makes jokes about him being my favorite, too.

This year my objective is to make another Autograph book for my youngest. She turns 3 next week, so it's time!

I'm actually looking forward to making the pages again...some I will just copy from Rachel's book and others I'll redo as I didn't like the way they turned out in this book.

How funny that Rachel has started teasing you about your "love" of WTP.

Ok, these are some of my favorite pages.

Your book is gorgeous! Do you make it ahead of time and have the characters sign it, or do you add the autographs to the book later?

I did both. In the beginning we needed them all, so I just made up new pages and also brought along blank white cards for new characters I hadn't got to yet. We bring the whole book in the parks.

It was great to look through while waiting in lines.

Then it got to be toooo heavy to carry so now we either just bring the individual pages we still need or blank autograph cards.

I'm actually working on my 2nd daughters book now...will post pics when I have a bunch to show.

Thanks for your kind words!

Cannot wait to see the next book! Great job!

Your pages are beautiful. I am working on a book for my DD's now and was going to go digital but after looking at your pages you make me want to scrapbook. I just don't know how you find the time to do all the details to those pages. :)

ok sooo did I totally miss the pictures? There were no pictures on that first page. :(

Sorry apparently my work computer is blocking the pics. I'll have to try when I get home.

Marshay,
What size scrapbooking paper did you use for all of the pages. It looked like 12 x 12, but i wasn't sure. I think they are beautifull. You have inspired me to make a book! I found stickers @ joanns, but I will look online to see if I can find a better selection. Thanks! I hope you get your other pics up soon!:thumbsup2
