I am about to book a 3 bdrm townhome "Mickey's Magical Escape" but I keep going back and forth between this one and a few other options!!! This is our first trip with Kids (4 1/2 and almost 2 at the time we go) I think I have done so much research that I am just second guessing myself!

I would love some recommendations on where you have stayed. I really wanted the end unit that Story Time has, but it is booked.

Do you feel it is definitely better to go for an end unit (this one opens up to an open grassy area) or does it really matter???

PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I just need to get this booked so I can start planning the rest of the trip =) We are going in October!!

I didn't really see any difference in whether it was an end unit or not but I would like the one that opens to the grassy area rather than back to back with another unit. That's funny now that I think about it cause we had a middle townhouse with grassy area in back and also stayed in an end one that backed on another row of townhouses. Like the grassy area at the back better.

The other one that was the end unit is not listed anymore. I don't know if it's been sold or what, but it was on Sir Kaufman and back up to the townhouses on Otterspool.

This one is close to the pool, is a south eastern exposure and backs onto what looks like a big circular green area with a path around it.

We also booked through vrbo and stayed this past October. We were at vrbo.com/149146 and really enjoyed it. Got a decent rate, nice furnishings and home was CLEAN (wife's #1 priority ). Happy wife....

I just e-mailed my agreement for condo #242463. (homeaway.com ) Have never stayed in WH before. Based on reviews from Diser's and tripadvisor looks like great place to stay. I searched for days/hours before I selected one. The condo # is not the same unit on vrbo, not sure what it is on their site.

Mickey's Magical Escape does get good reviews. I'd stay there, in fact I did consider it a few months ago.

Remember, you don't need The One Best Perfect House. You just need a really good one that fits your family's needs. If there are several of those, just pick one of them and enjoy it!

We're booked with storytime unit #2 mid May and I didn't even think to look to see if it was an end unit or what! I just wanted enough space for 5 of us GL finding what you want!!

We stayed at Nemo's Nook in December and it was great. Center unit with back opening to grassy area. VRBO # 129693. The management company was phenomenal....best we have had. I don't know if we will rent anything not managed by them in the future even though we rented directly through the owner. It was Florida Sun Vacation Homes. Good luck and happy planning!

Actually, I have the reservation form and just need to fill it out and send it in! My husband has been out of town on a business trip for a couple of weeks and I have just yet to go over everything with him.....in the meantime I have been looking over these boards and just trying to make sure I was making a good decision! There is actually someone there right now that is on these boards and she was going to let me know what she thought when they returned!

So, MME is still on top of my list, but I do have a few alternatives s well.
