Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

Has anyone ever stayed here? Also, has anyone ever booked through bookit.com? There's a really great special there and I'm just wondering if there's a catch. Thanks!

I stayed there in November and was very pleased! I'm pretty picky, the rooms has to be updated & clean for me to stay there. I also booked through bookit.com and got a rate of about $39! The rooms have been renovated and I liked that they had security checking people coming in 24/7. I did request a room facing the parking lot because I heard that noise could be an issue facing interstate. The hotel gave me the room location I requested with no problem. Wonderful location too. We got the parks & DTD in no time. The only negative I can say was that the tv reception sucked! Not sure what the deal is with that but it didn't matter to us much as we were at the parks most of the time. We did not eat there & did not use their transporation as we had a car. I would definitely stay there again for the location & incredible price!

The price through bookit.com is $49 plus they're offering a 7 day PH for the price of a 3 day PH. For 2 adults + 2 teens for 7 nights, the total would be $1638. Adding in the $84 parking fees for the 6 days we would go to the parks, it would only be $444 more than my 7 nights room only at POR.

I guess it's a no brainer, huh? Thanks for the information!

Check Travelosity.. They too had 3 day park hoppers buy 3 days get 4 free. Always great rates there. I never had any issues thru them and prices are great.

I agree. Check Travelocity. I booked a few days ago at the Clarion LBV with Travelocity. I paid $560 total for two including air from Philly, 7 nights hotel and all taxes. I used the code CHOICE10 and got an extra10% off for using my AMEX card. I feel like I'm practically going for free.

I stayed there twice last October when there was nothing available at any of the Vacation Club resorts. The rooms were clean, the furnishings in good shape, and the beds comfortable. $39 a night was a steal.

The down sides? The breakfast buffet was disorganized and the food really lackluster, and I was glad I didn't pay for it. The elevators can stop working at random, leaving me to climb five flights twice to load the car. The road noise on the I-4 side is pretty intolerable. It woke me up repeatedly, and I've slept through fire alarms multiple times.

Choose a first floor, west-facing room if you can and you'll be fine.

in feb one night before checking into POR!! I was pleasantly surprised! it's nice, espcially for the price! gated and 24/7 security! i'm thinking of staying there again in april! have fun!

I just booked it for 3 nights in July before we check in to Disney and got 53.00 on Priceline and did not have to prepay.

We have stayed there 3 times and have booked with bookit each time and have not had any problems with bookit.

The main thing I would say is, make sure to request a parking lot view room, AWAY from traffic noise! I was satisfied with our stay, with just a few "cons", which I listed in my review, though not too bad where I wouldn't go back.
