Day 5 Animal Kingdom
Weather: high of 71 degrees, low of 48 degrees
What we wore: pants and t-shirts / hoodies in the evening
The halfway point of our trip had our day starting with a 10am breakfast at Tusker House. This was another new place for us and I was really looking forward to trying it. Remember, Ariana and I had loved Boma's food and though this was a breakfast, I was looking forward to those little differences that made this restaurant so different then what we'd tried before.
As usual, we were late but I still snapped a quick picture of Demetri hiding behind the AK welcome sign and of course the Christmas tree....
It was a CRAZY dash through the park to try and get there on time....
... for them to tell us to sit tight and wait for our group to be called.
We were waiting forever it seemed. Which was tough since we had the later reservation to begin with and the day was moving along without us having done anything so far. Our group was finally called....
.... and we waited again at this point for our table to be ready. Seems Donald had to go and check on something in the kitchen. He was taking an extra long time so the Photopass CM grabbed my camera and took a few photos while we waited.
I was happy she'd used my camera when Donald came back and we didn't have to worry about turning the Photopass package down later on.
Seated in the farthest section, we came back to a yummy breakfast selection.
I hadn't even sat down yet when Mickey arrived!
The waitress laughed at me as Goofy came right after Mickey and she told me I couldn't yet sit down.....
Ok, now it's not as funny because Daisy came right after Goofy and I still hadn't yet sat down to eat anything.....
Finally we get a break and I sit down to enjoy my breakfast.

for your Sept/Oct trip! Looks like we may running into each other again since I'll be there Sept 30-Oct 2 with two of my college roommates to run the Wine & Dine half marathon!
