Thanks for reading that report! I hope you weren't reading to too long. We had a BLAST at MNSSHP! It was a great time! That whole trip was a blast... so was the 95 degree heat.

I enjoyed every minute of it and I appreciate your pointing me to it!. You three all looked like it WAS a blast.

They are saying we are gonna have another Nor' Easter the middle of next week. Whatever. I love it!

I am happy you love it, me, not so much. A little goes a long way for me. Stay warm, I am cold thinking about it.

Every few years we have a winter like this. It's New England... we should expect weather like this.

It was really festive being there during the first week of December. It REALLY got us into the Christmas spirit!!!!

Promises, promises, you've been promising an update for the past few days. LOL, I'm just teasing ya. Take your time, I'm sure Molly will appreciate it.

I saw you mention your weather on Kathy's thread. All I can say is yikes! Snow is one thing because it's fun but an ice storm - there's no fun in that. I hope you guys stay indoors for that so you'll be safe.

After a late night at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Friday morning started with us sleeping in- if you call 7:45 sleeping in. We were going to go the the Gingerbread house for breakfast but we decided to call the breakfast cart- and have breakfast brought to us. Within 15 minutes the cart was pulling up to our villa. Melody was still getting ready so Juliana and I went out to see what was on it.

The cart had fruit, cereal, donuts, pastry, juice, milk, and a few other items. It was basically continental breakfast foods. Looks like Juliana had a donut and a banana.

We finished getting ready and headed out. We were going to the Grand Floridian for part of Juliana's Wish- a Tea Party.... not only any tea party but the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party!

We checked in to the party at 10:15 and there were about 12 girls that were already there. I've seen reviews of this party on the DIS and it always seemed like there were 10 or so girls. While we were waiting more and more girls were checking in.

Juliana wore the Cinderella dress her Wish granters brought her the week before we left.

Juliana was making friends with a few other girls that were attending the party.

Before long, Rose Petal came out and called each girl by name to enter into the party.

I watched as Juliana & Melody found their seats.

A Huge cake... pink too!

Each girl at the party received a My Disney Girl dressed as Aurora.

I waved good bye to the girls as I wasn't staying for the party... hummm what should I do?

How about hop a ride on the Monorail.

It was a beautiful morning..... one day I hope to take a ride on that Sea Ray. (Sorry ladies... boat talk. LOL)

I continued on the loop and got off at the Poly. This is where I was going to spend my alone time. I walked over to Kona Island Cafe Coffee Bar and asked for a cup of 100% Kona coffee- like they serve in the restaurant but they only serve the blend here. So I walked over to Kona Cafe and asked for a table. I told my server Pat that I just wanted a press pot. She said no problem and before long, I was sitting in Kona by myself, drinking a pressed pot all to my self. I was sitting there people watching and just relaxing. Pat & had a few short conversations when she was checking on me and she was really nice. I told her I was going to request her the next morning (Sat) since we would be eating at Kona for breakfast. I was finishing up my pressed pot when I got a text from Melody saying 'Come Here Now' I ordered a Kona blend to go from Pat to bring to Melody and when Pat brought it to me she said it was on her. Sweet!

I hopped on the monorail- next stop the Grand Floridian!

While I was at the Poly having my pressed pot, Melody & Juliana were enjoying themselves at the Tea Party.

After the girls got settled, Rose Petal was singing to the girls and telling stories.

Juliana was listening attentively!

The tea had arrived...

While the girls were enjoying tea, Rose Petal went to each table to visit with the girls. I think Juliana had a story or two for Rose Petal.

I think my DIS side has been rubbing off on Melody because she took pictures of the cake and food! LOL

You can see how big the cake was... it took 2 people to carry it!

Rose Petal gathered all the girls together and they started chanting for Aurora.

Aurora arrived at the party and spent some time with each girl.

Soon after Juliana spent a few minutes with Aurora, is when I got the text from Melody.... 'Come Here Now'

I had Mel's coffee in hand and got off the monorail at the Grand Floridian. I walked down the stairs and was standing outside of where the tea party was going on. I could see all the girls getting in line except for Juliana who was still sitting at her spot with her back to me. Moments later I saw numerous EMT and men in suits with earpieces converging on the area where the tea party was taking place. I could hear the people standing next to me saying OMG something must of happened. While I was trying to see what was going on, I realized that they were all walking towards and surrounding Juliana and Melody.

I hopped over the rope separating the Garden Room and ran over to Melody. Juliana was crying and there was such a commotion. Come to find out Juliana slipped off her seat and hit the side of her head on the marble table. Juliana ended up with an instant knot and Melody asked a manager for an ice pack and told him what had happened. She didn't realize that 1/2 of Disney would be coming to Juliana's aide.

I was trying to console Juliana while Melody was fielding question after question from Disney managers. The EMTs came over to Juliana and were asking her all kinds of questions. One of them wanted her to read his name tag. She couldn't read his name, not because she was out of it but because she is only 4 years old and can't read yet. While all this was going on all the other girls had left the Garden Room on their parade, and I think this was making Juliana more upset because she wanted to be with them. The managers and EMTs starting asking us if we needed an ambulance to take Juliana to the hospital. All Melody wanted was an ice pack.... After a few more minutes of questions and declining any medical aide, we had to sign a few releases declining medical care and bringing Juliana to the hospital.

We gathered up our stuff and headed out to find the girls. We caught up with them on the stairs heading up to the second floor. They were getting their pictures taken by the photopass photographer. Juliana was last but did get to have her picture taken.

After a few pictures on the stairs, the girls continued over to the gift shop for the final part of the Party.

The girls had to get an official name for their doll. Juliana picked Princess Pretty.

All the girls received a gift bag with a few other gifts from the party. We looked around for a few more minutes, purchased a few souvenirs, then made our way downstairs. But first a picture of the HUGE tree in the GF.

We walked downstairs from the second floor of the Grand Floridian to check out the enormous gingerbread house.

There is even a store inside the gingerbread house!

There was a 'How to Build Your Own Gingerbread House' demonstration going on.

It was time to leave the GF. We were going to head back to GKTW to spend some time there. Juliana REALLY wanted to go swimming before our dinner in Downtown Disney.

When we arrived at our villa at Give Kids the World, there were 8 or so people standing across the street. They told us that they had just decorated our room and a few others for Christmas. While I was getting the bags out the car, Melody & Juliana went inside the villa. Juliana started SCREAMING at the top of her lungs. All the people across the road head her and started laughing. They all had huge smiles on their faces. I walked in and saw why Juliana was so excited...

The room was all decorated for Christmas and we loved it.

We got ready for swimming and I ordered up a little lunch since all my lunch consisted of was a pressed pot of coffee. I picked up the phone and dialed Katie's Kitchen. Katie's Kitchen is sponsored by Boston Market. Within 15 minutes, there was a knock at our door. My lunch had arrived.

I scoffed down my food because Juliana just couldn't wait to get to the pool.

We walked over to the pool and Juliana thought it would be a good idea to hang-10!

She was having too much fun... we had to catch a wave too!

I don't know how I was talked into going swimming while it was 65 degrees out but the sun was shining, it wasn't windy, and the pool was heated.

We had fun playing in the pool- as long as we stayed under the water! As you can see, we had the pool all to ourselves. We stayed at the pool for an hour or so then walked back to our room. We had to get ready to head to DTD to meet Melody's cousin and family for dinner.

I'm also glad she was able to enjoy the rest of the tea party. Yikes, I think you can see the knot on her head in the photopass pic. She still looked so pretty in her Cinderella dress.

Ice is no good. I was up on my roof shoveling it off yesterday. There has been so many roof cave-ins that it has been suggested that you clear your roof off.

What a fun filled day for her. Sucks about her hitting her head though. Glad she wasn't hurt to awful bad and was able to continue on with the party. She's a real trooper.

And that boat....I would LOVE to take that out on the water too!

I have to say that all the Princess were lovely but Julianna was by far the prettiest Princess there! Glad that she only suffered a bump and nothing more! She looked adorable in her swim suit! Nice fun update!!
