Picking the Best Cabins on the Disney Dream

I just found this article that gives a deck-by-deck analysis of the rooms on the Dream.....
http://cruiseadvice.org/disney-cruise-line/disney-dream/cabin-selection

This would have been very helpful if I'd had it last year, but it may help someone else! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the info. Based in the fact it was updated Jan 5th....before any cruises and it does not contain any 'real' specifics on the cabins. I'll guess that they looked at the deck plans and provided that random info. JMO

I thought it was a pretty humerous summary. Wonder where they came up with this stuff? "highly rated" before many people had even sailed in various rooms or decks!

I liked the comment about room 5188, which touts it as having a less breezy verandah than the other ones. Having seen the pictures of that verandah today, no wonder it's "less breezy." It's too small for a breeze to stop and linger there for any length of time!

There is also a typo, as they list room 5025 as an outside room, instead of 5024. And makes no mention of the extended size verandahs on most deck 5 verandah rooms, except for 5024 and 5524.

[But then, who am I to comment, having given lots of feedback on Dream rooms and locations just from looking at [or obsessively studying depending on how you look at it] pictures and deck plans!]

Yours has been valuable, helpful and true info...didn't mean to offend you by my comment above. That 'best cabin' website just didn't make sense to me.

Well, we have cabin 7586 for the April 3 sailing, it says it's spacious. How spacious can 299 sq.ft. balcony included be?????? :rotfl:

You certainly didn't offend me! I was just poking fun at myself, and stating that I am in no position to throw stones at them, since I'm guilty of doing the same thing to a degree!

And thanks for the kind words!
