Visiting Every Potty and Trash Can in the World...First Trip Home to BLT, Dec 4-11th!

Aw man! I forgot all about the coke thing. Oh well. someday.

My cousin made us some Passports for the kids. They had their pictures, names, ages, etc... along with a page for each country to get a stamp and an autograph. They loved it, and it is cool seeing the autographs in the native languages. Now if I had only thought to write down what they wrote since it was different for each passport. Oh well, guess I need to find people who know the languages to translate for me.

Joining in! You will see im following others as well, however when we go Dec 2012 I will have my 9 yo niece(will be), sister, DH and our DD will 2.5 so very close ages to the ones in your trip and same party size.:goodvibes

I like the idea of leaving a day early too. I like the early morning flights since you get there and can go to the park, but I like the idea of a good nights sleep too.
yeah, one year we actually flew in late and stayed in like a cheap holiday inn near the airport as we had to pick up another family member at MCO in the morning. worked out well for us. Plus, i figure if we go in the night before, maybe i can book us a room somewhere else to try out for one night, although moving rooms for one night would be a pain.

We love the coke thing- we actually went back again later in the trip. I imagine it is packed in the summer. What a great idea on the passports. Do you have a pic of them? I'd love to see them!

WELCOME!!!;) Yeah for December 2012! it's never too early to plan! Very cool and yes, very close to the ages of my son and niece too. They actually had a great time together and Will often asked to ride the rides with her. :cloud9:

WOW that is a LONG day  I don't think I would have made it. Reading your report really makes me miss CR. I want to stay at the Poly but I so love the CR and the convenience, I'm sure by the time you are done writing this I will be staying there again.

I love Illuminations. This trip was the first time we saw it and it was just beautiful.

I always forgot to take food porn pics too. Next year I am going to skip the TR and take less pics and just relax and enjoy watching the shows and fireworks instead of worrying about getting a good picture

What a big day! But I always think arrival day is the best! :)

What did you think of La Hacienda? My DH and I ate there in October with some friends and we had mixed reviews on the food. I definitely loved the atmosphere though, especially during Illuminations! I'm glad you guys enjoyed it and had a pretty decent view. Can't wait to hear about Day 2! :yay:

yeah, next year i can take more food porn pics again since it is just us 3. can't wait! lol

it was a long day for sure, but a great one. it was nice to relax a bit more though and not worry about breaking out the camera all the time. We've been so much now to WDW, that i don't feel the need to take all the shots of the parks unless it is shot with us in it. i noticed there are hardly any pics with me in it----usually my family travelling with us takes lots of pics, but i was the only one on this trip that really took pics, so i was in very few, sort of sad about that and will make sure we take more family pics next year! :)

La Hacienda was good to try once and glad we did. I don't think i would eat there without the window firework experience though. Not sure we will be back anytime soon either. We really want to try all the restaurants in the world and are trying to hit up new ones unless it is a favorite and this didn't make our favorites list (but Via Napoli did!). I would say it is worth trying once at least for Illuminations. It wasn't bad, but was a bit pricey (and we were paying OOP and of course I had forgotten to buy the TIW card, so we paid full price for this one).

i enjoyed my black bean soup, but i didn't have an entree, so can't speak to that. DH said his tacos were good, but nothing spectacular and felt it was overpriced. of course, he is cheap too, so take that with a grain of salt. it did make for a magical first night with our view though and i also enjoyed the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. :thumbsup2

That is a loooooong first day!! Congrats on making it all the way through! That's so awesome that will did such a good job with the potty breaks! I have in the past 3 days switched Jack over to big boy underpants and he finally had an accident free day yesterday! When he is at daycare he will have ot be in pullups, but he just wasn't "getting it", to him pull ups are just like diapers. Of course we have been making him go potty every 45 minutes or so...

Count me in! Love the TR so far and can completely relate with the potty training. We took DS a month before he turned 3. We were in the same place as you regarding the whole potty training experience. I felt like a parrot "do you need to potty?" ... "do you need to potty?"...Do you need to go pee pee?" Ha I'm glad those days are behind us!:lmao:

I am thoroughly enjoying your trip report :goodvibes
What a long first day but it sounds like it ended on a high note (minus the cheerleaders of course ;) )

Hi Michelle!

I just saw this trip report - I'm so far behind on reading. :) Sounds like you all had a blast. I'll be starting the official planning for our next one tomorrow morning - 9am with Member Services for next December!!!!!

yeah for Jack. that is so great! Once Will got it, he got it. In fact he hates wearing pull ups or diapers. We wear pull ups at night, but might stop that soon. He is dry 2 out of every 3 nights. Jack will get there soon!

Thanks for reading along! I know, i got so tired of going to the potty. :rotfl: good thing i have to go often too. :rotfl: at least the bathrooms are all mostly clean at disney! We were at Chuck E. Cheese last night (i know, the horror!) and it was filthy. We had promised Will we would take him since he was a really good boy all weekend. The place was a disaster, not sure if it was because it was a sunday night or what? trash on the floor, couldn't find a clean table to sit at, took 20 minutes to even order a pizza and poor DH had to take Will to the bathroom while i was getting pizza and he said it was disgusting. Makes you appreciate disney's cleanliness!

I am thoroughly enjoying your trip report :goodvibes

Thank you so much! Yes, very long first day, won't be doing that again! i was beat.

Jen
Hey Jen, welcome! We had an absolute ball and looking forward to the next trip! Yeah for next December- i saw on FB that you were booking! where are you staying at? You will have a blast!

so my next day is coming very soon, working on it now.

but in the meantime

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I hope everyone had a great and safe holiday and new year! I know we did! Ready for a great 2011. It has already started off wonderfully with news from 2 of my friends that they are pregnant! So happy for them. Back at work officially today and sort of ready to get back into a routine. Us commando/type A people sort of thrive on a routine you know! Poor Will is back at day care and I am sure that is a change for him.

He only went one day last week. I took off on Monday and Alan took off Tuesday and stayed home with him. Will only went to day care on Wednesday and came home crying and screaming that his ear hurt. This is coming from the kid that hardly ever complains about anything hurting and rarely has ear infections. He wouldn't do anything but lay there and cry, so i took him to urgent care Wednesday night. Our first urgent care or ER visit either. Not bad for 3 years, so I count my blessings this is only our first trip. He has a terrible ear infection, really bad one, got meds and he was back to his old self the next day!

We had a great new year's weekend, spending time with family and friends. We had a few folks over for a quiet celebration NYE with food and the wii. Bought Will some big boy bedroom furniture (full size bed!) that should be here next week sometime. We are getting the room all painted and ready for him to move into his new bedroom (our old office, kicked DH out since it is the biggest room upstairs, now DH moved his office downstairs where it should be!). So lots of good things happening already in the new year.

Awaiting my review and raise at work, hopefully it will happen soon. DH got his bonus and we put it all towards our DVC loan. Just a few thousand more and we will be all paid off completely on our DVC membership and won't have to make those monthly payments anymore. Then we just have that silly annual maintenance fee each year, but that's it. It will be such a great feeling to be clear on that and just enjoy the benefits!:santa:

Well wishing all of you a healthy, happy and prosperous new year filled with lots of laughter, hugs, hope and of course, a little Mickey thrown in for good measure! :mickeyjum:mickeyjum:mickeyjum:mickeyjum

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 5:santa:

And so begins our second day at the world, really our first full day! After an exhausting and very long day (thanks to my compulsive must be on first flight thinking…..), we were a little refreshed and ready to start the day early, or so I thought…….and so would begin realizing that my mother in law (MIL) takes forever to get ready.

She’s a beautiful lady, mind you, but I didn’t realize what all went into her morning routine. I knew she was into makeup and skincare stuff, her BF is a nurse that works at a spa type place that does a lot of botox, facials, dermabrasion, permanent makeup etc. MIL has perm eyeliner and lip liner. So the goal was to be up by at least 6:30am, as we have an 8:05am ADR for Crystal Palace. This is the one meal that Will has been looking forward to for a year. Asking, “when can we go eat with Pooh Bear?”. pooh:So I was pretty ready to go and experience this long awaited meal.

MIL luckily hadn’t slept well that night (has sleeping issues) and was up early this day. She only takes baths, not showers, so that is part of the problem with her getting ready quickly. I offered to let her use the nice big tub in the master bath, but she preferred to just use the guest bath. Anyhow- I was really worried we would be late. This would be a trend the entire trip, luckily it was not too bad on this day, but got consistently worse each day. All of us were pretty much ready, and just hanging out at the little breakfast nook waiting on her.

Finally she is ready and out the door we go- we make the short walk over to the Magic Kingdom- what a luxury that is. We make it to the MK just in time to see the opening ceremony. BOO……..i was a little upset this morning. Originally I made our 8:05am ADR knowing the MK would open at 9am this day. So we could get in early, eat and be ready to do rope drop right at 9am or shortly thereafter. That first hour in the park is pretty precious to those that are in the know and get up early. You can do SO MUCH with little or no lines. We love it. But of course, as you know, in the last month or so, WDW adjusted their park hours. I never was certain until that morning if they were opening earlier or not. It had been posted that it was going to open at 8am instead of 9am, but the web sites never really reflected that rumored change, so I just wasn’t sure. I was hoping they didn’t open at 8am, but of course, they did. So as we enter just before 8am, there are the characters, the train and the opening ceremony. It was fun to see, but I was little disappointed since there were already crowds and I knew we would miss that first precious hour of great touring time. Oh well, nothing to be done about it now.

We headed in, taking in the beautiful sites of the castle and main street. But headed quickly to CP for our ADR. We took a few pics near the CP and then parked the stroller outside and checked in.
ry%3D400

ry%3D400

We only waited a few minutes before we were called and seated on the left side of the restaurant, towards the back next to a window that overlooked the courtyard where the baby center is. Alan ran to get us fastpasses for Peter Pan while we were being seated.

We had a nice little table, got settled in and started heading to get food. I love the buffet here. I am not a big breakfast eater, but this is one exception. We enjoyed biscuits, gravy, fruit, eggs, pancakes, mickey waffles, cheesy potatoes and more. Stuffed ourselves silly.

Will loves Pooh bear, he has at least 5 different pooh bears at home, including the huge one that is twice as big as him, then two regular ones that he sleeps with and a bunch of little ones too. He loved this breakfast when we did it last year. So he was very excited to see Pooh! We all really enjoyed seeing his bright shining smile when all the characters came around. Lindsey got her autographs and we got tons of pictures.

First up was Piglet:
ry%3D400

Then bouncing towards us was T-I-double GRR!
ry%3D400

And yep, we were noticing……Eeyore!
ry%3D400

I now realized I should have gotten pic of JUST Will with the characters, instead of ones with both him and Lindsey, but oh well. I figured that out later in the trip.

And finally, the main man of the hour………Pooh!
66146_1729720564265_1276016879_1949032_7203422_n.jpg

William ran over and gave Pooh the biggest hug ever. It was so darn cute!
And finally, some food porn! Enjoy it while you can, as I didn’t take many pics of the food unfortunately!
ry%3D400

William enjoyed marching in the little parade too and waving his napkin around. He decided to be a little silly posing for pics.
ry%3D400

ry%3D400

Now what’s that I hear? Rain drops? Oh no, it’s raining and our stroller is sitting outside, soaked to the bone. Oh well, nothing we can do about it now. It was already slowing down and just sprinkling by the time we realized it. Yep, what’s that right outside our window by the table? Yep, nice dry strollers- the smart folks that parked them under the courtyard area (hits hand on hand- DOH!). Oh well. We pay our friendly server, again, I had forgotten to buy our Tables in Wonderland card……….oops…two meals we could have used it for already and I keep forgetting to stop at guest services. Oh well, we will get it tonight before dinner. Plus we are using it in October, so we will get our money’s worth anyways.

Before we head out, the waiter brings out Will a little birthday cake- so cute! Will loved blowing out the candle- that’s his favorite part. We managed to see Piglet and Tigger a second time before leaving too!
162796_1729721844297_1276016879_1949039_7312883_n.jpg

We pay up and Alan is realizing just how pricey it is paying for all 5 of us. His mom eats like a bird, so paying a full buffet for her was pretty ridiculous. We head out to our soaked stroller. It is only sprinkling now at least. I break out my dollar store poncho and use it to cover the stroller while Will sits, so at least he isn’t getting all wet. I use the second poncho to cover him up. The rest of us put on our hoodies and hoods and head out.

While I had been disappointed about the earlier 8am opening, I was pleasantly surprised how empty the park was………..I guess a lot of people weren’t aware of the earlier opening either. Plus the rain probably scared a lot of folks away and well, it was a Sunday, lots of folks probably had a late night last night and were sleeping in. So it turned out great in the end.

It was now 9:10am. Pretty good time so far. We first headed to what else…….Pooh! We stop for a quick pic of Lindsey in front of a wet castle!
ry%3D400

I wanted to check out the new queue! And it was amazing. I loved all the little interactive games. Now I will say, it is setup a little strange in that if you want to play the games, you sort of get out of line to go do it, then you have to sort of wave back into line or the traffic pattern I guess? Luckily there was only a 5 minute wait, so it was easy to get back in line.
ry%3D400

ry%3D400

Loved the ‘honey’ you could draw in, so cool.
ry%3D400

Great improvements overall. We all enjoyed our trip in the honey pot and did a little shopping in the newly titled store upon exiting. We bought Will a few little Pooh plates. He likes to set out all his plates, dishes, napkins and fake food and all his stuffed animals around the coffee table in his playroom. So we added to his collection. Lindsey bought a Donald duck stuffed animal in the store too that she carried around all day and got lots of attention for it!

Next up, Dumbo- about 15 minute wait, but not too bad. Rain had stopped at least, but it was cloudy still. We enjoyed our trip on Dumbo and seeing all the construction over the wall too- they’ve really made some progress. I’m excited to see how far along they’ve come by October too!
ry%3D400

After Dumbo- onto Snow White, no line. We got right on. Will wanted to ride with Granny this time. Then, of course, a stop at the bathroom of course, we headed to the bathrooms by Pinnochio village haus, so of course, what ride would be next? Small World! Now last December, Alan refused to ride it. But since we were with his mom, he rode this time.
[IMG]http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47a0cc06b3127ccefba36374d9fd00000030O08RbtHLVi1B7efCQ/cC/f%3D0/ps%3D50/r%3D0/rx%3D550/ry%3D400/

We kept teasing him all trip by singing the song. We all had a good time and Will really loved it. I wish they would add the Disney characters like they did in DL. I know people hate ‘plussing’ the original attractions, but Walt did say WDW would always be changing and growing, so I think they should. The characters added in DL’s version are done very tastefully and folks not looking for them might not even notice them.
ry%3D400

ry%3D400

Now with the Sherman Brothers song stuck in our heads…….we head to Peter Pan.

So GLAD I had Alan run to get FP earlier. The line for PP is now 30 minutes. Which is pretty typical for PP. We give our FP and are on within a minute. Yeah! MIL and Lindsey are already seeing the benefits of fastpass!

Since we were now in the neighborhood, we hit up Haunted Mansion now too- all this time we had left the stroller near the construction wall outside of Pooh Bear, so Will was walking this whole time. There was no line at all- walk on. There were still construction walls up while they are working on the new gravestones---I guess they are making it more interactive like Pooh or something. Finally the sun starts coming out.

William enjoys the HM and we all have a great trip and everyone makes it out okay, well with a hitchhiker in tow! William hits every trash can on the way since we are not using stroller. He literally crosses all the crowds across the walkway to touch the next trash can. He especially loves the ones for bottles/recycling and wants to look inside the holes each time. AT least the trash cans are clean! And forget about it if a custodial CM is taking the trash out and putting a new bag in, Will goes nuts and wants to watch.

We do stop in a shop and buy Lindsey a winter hat and gloves, at Sir Mickey’s. She gets the purple/pink- Peace love mickey hat and gloves, very cute. Then we head back to stroller in FL and over to TL. Now at least we can control the stopping for trash cans. LOL

We first grab a FP for Space mtn, for return of 12:50. It is 11:45am at this time. So from 9:15am-11:45am, we managed to do Pooh, Dumbo, Snow White, Small World, Peter Pan, HM and two potty breaks, multiple trash can touches, a stop in Sir Mickey’s and in the Pooh store. Not too bad. Gotta love the low crowds and rain for that! So my morning had turned out great so far!

Stay tuned to hear about our run in with PUSH.........yep, the talking trash can..........we found him!!:wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:

Will & his trash can obsession! :lmao: I just love it! You are right, though, at least you choose to vacation in a place that has probably the cleanest trashcans ever. I thought about Will not too long ago when DH got a Vinylmation in the mail that is designed like a Fantasyland trashcan!

ETA: This is the Vinyl!

That stinks you missed out on an empty park before your breakfast, but at least the crowds were not too bad. I'm hoping we can do an 8:05 CP breakfast one morning when we go next year so that we can get some good pictures of the three of us and the castle. :thumbsup2

when we were waiting to get into Le Cellier one of the CM's was asking Disney Trivia questions and apparently Peter Pan is the longest line in all of WDW... I was shocked :scared1: so needless to say we will always get FP's for it

Don't you love an empty park????? Eryka was obsessed with finding Push this trip too... what is with talking trash cans????

forgot to say we also had a before park opens ADR for CP and they changed the opening time to 8am on us as well. Don't you hate that?

Oh my, that is so darn cute! love the trash can one! lol at you thinking of him. too sweet. :rotfl::lmao: it actually turned out to be a good day and pretty empty that morning, so I can't complain. It is nice getting those early pictures though!

Yeah, that PP line is deceiving how it wraps around. You get in line thinking, this isn't bad and then you are wrapped around by Liberty Square. :scared1::confused3:rotfl:

forgot to say we also had a before park opens ADR for CP and they changed the opening time to 8am on us as well. Don't you hate that?
yeah, i hated that, i know it messed with a lot of people's plans. oh well!

Sunday, December 5th-----continued!

NEXT…….so we left off with us having a great morning in Fantasyland so far! Next was off to Tomorrowland- blasting off into the future! We get our Space Mtn Fastpasses- good for an hour from now. We then head to Cosmic Ray’s for a little lunch/snack. Since we had a big breakfast, we didn’t go crazy, just something to snack on. Although it is noon at this point and we had eaten about 4 hours ago. Alan goes next door to get ice cream while I take Will (in stroller) into line. I get chili cheese fries (love them, but rarely splurge on them!). I get a coke and Will a juice. It isn’t easy maneuvering the stroller plus a tray with food. Oops! Finally find a table, it is pretty packed in there, since it is rush hour for lunch. We find a spot near Sunny Eclipse though!

Lindsey got a burger and fries and MIL just has a few bites of that. Alan joins us with his ice cream. We all enjoy our little snack and getting off our feet for a few. Then of course, bathroom break! The lines for the bathroom (at least the women’s) was longer than the food lines! We finally get in and go and come back out. And so would start another trend, MIL and Lindsey going to the bathroom together. Now I get that Lindsey hasn’t seen much of the world and is pretty sheltered. So I understand her request to NOT sit next to a stranger on the plane. But does a 10 year old really need to go to the bathroom with an adult- not talking into the bathroom- I mean actually into the same stall? That was a little strange to me. They always went into a stall together. Heck, if I didn’t have to help wipe or button his pants, I would let my 3yo go in the stall while I stood right outside the stall. I just didn’t understand going in it together, was a little overkill to me, but what do I know? The poor kid will never learn independence or what this great big world has to offer.

So anyways- out of the bathroom and we see them. Ouch, more cheerleaders. They are everywhere. It is so strange to me because a previous December trip during POP week, we NEVER saw them in the parks but once. This time we are seeing them everywhere and the football players too- but especially the cheerleaders these first few days since their competitions are later in the week. At least they were fairly quiet this time. And to be honest, I can’t say much, I was a noisy obnoxious one once too and we had our nationals in Orlando (UCA) at SeaWorld. I won’t even mention some of the foul things some of the girls did at the hotel (of which I did not participate in), but I was surely loud. I am sure I caused lots of poor adults a lot of heartburn too with my crazy antics back in the late 80s. Ah yes, karma, I see you and I nod my head to you. You got me. A la 1988. That’s me on the front left, and we are in Orlando!
2820_1088123617153_1648340842_208529_1797677_n.jpg

Then we head to cosmic ray’s for lunch/snack. I have chili cheese fries, L has burger, fries and Alan gets ice cream next door. Find a table- pretty crowded in here, but height of lunch hour, lines move fast. Long lines for bathroom. Starting to see a few cheerleaders here and there.

So bellies full and cheerleader quota met for the day, we head out to go to Buzz. But wait, what’s that small crowd looking at? Is that, no, it can’t be? PUSH!!!! Yes, we struck gold.
ry%3D400

This was on my MUST DO list for this trip. Afterall, Will is obsessed with trash cans. What better than a talking, moving trash can? NOTHING. This is the kid that asked Santa for a kitchen sized plastic trash can for Christmas (and got it). He was in heaven when he figured out what it was. The kids were chasing poor PUSH and almost knocking him down. Heck, even my kid was getting into that and I overheard the other CM attendant tell him to not push PUSH over. LOL Will got to look inside (yep, there is trash in there!). PUSH saw Will’s birthday button and sang him happy birthday. Will was amazed. PUSh also told Will “you have on a dirty shirt, it needs washing”………”it has POOH all over it”!!!! too funny. Of course he was wearing his Pooh shirt that day since we had our CP breakfast. The CM operating PUSH was standing pretty much just a few feet away from him. Usually I noticed him standing much further away and working hard to blend into the crowd. He wasn’t even attempting it this day. But I could have cared less, because Will didn’t know. So after spending some time with PUSH, we headed towards Buzz.
ry%3D400

ry%3D400

Next up was Buzz…..one of our longest waits of the trip, but we figured why not. This was breaking my one rule, don’t wait for anything with a wait over 20 minutes. Buzz stated 25 minutes, it was about 1pm or later now, so crowds had picked up. But we decided we had seen a lot already, let’s just do it. It moved pretty fast, probably more like 15-20 minutes. At this point, Will was getting a little fussy and tired. He usually has a 2 hour nap at day care each day from about 12pm-2pm.

Will drove Alan and I. So needless to say, our scores were NOT good. LOL. But Will had fun spinning us around. I tried to let him shoot, but he had more fun spinning. I scored a measly 30k and Alan got 80k. Next up, time to use those Space Mountain fastpasses! MIL, Lindsey and Alan all went to ride and we got a rider switch pass. I sat out near the FP entrance with Will and let him play with my phone. We have a ton of toddler games on there he loves. It didn’t take them long to ride, but by the time they came out, Will had needed to go, you guessed it, to the potty. So we came back out and they were all done riding. So Lindsey and I used the rider switch pass to ride again. MIL didn’t want to ride again and Alan did not either, he isn’t big on coasters, he will ride once, but doesn’t care to do it twice in a row. So we ride and have a ball- love the new soundtrack. Lindsey rode in front both times and had a ball. Here’s our pic!

Next up, we ride the TTA, we have a nice relaxing ride and then we see him, Stitch! I wish I had known in advance that Lindsey loved Donald and Stitch, I could have tried to get a meal at Yak and Yeti (Donald) or O’hana breakfast with stitch. Oh well. We get in line, only about 4th back and she gets her pic and autograph and is so happy!

Then yet another bathroom break and I also buy Will this cute sweatsuit at the Toy Story cart- it has all the characters from TS3 on the back and WDW stuff mixed in, like a mickey ice cream bar, mickey hat and the castle drawn in on the etch a sketch. It is light blue and so cute. I got a size 3T, biggest they had, but I fear it is already going to be too small for him to wear much longer. Oh well. I never saw it anywhere else either.

We decided it was time for a break back at the room. So we head out and stop in the candy store where Lindsey buys some Dr. Pepper flavored jelly beans- yuck! We also get both the kids a mickey balloon. I figured they can’t take them home on the plane (although we did see someone try to on our flight back and the gate agent made them leave it in the terminal before they could board!). So we figured we better get the balloons now so they could enjoy them all week. Will picked purple and Lindsey picked blue. It was so super windy that day too- I felt bad for the poor CM selling them. I was sure he was going to float away like Mary Poppins or at least lose all the balloons. But he was great and got them to us with no problem. $10 though……..ouch! Oh well, this was on my must do list too- enjoy a balloon!

The beautiful toy soldiers!

We also hit the jackpot on characters this day. I don’t typically seek out the characters. We’ve gotten autographs from most of them, but I am sure as Will gets older, we will do more character hunting. We just don’t like to wait in line. So when we ran across Pinnochio with no line, we got a pic!

You can see in these pics, it still wasn’t super crowded, at least not in the streets anyways. And score again, near the exit, we see Snow White with only about 2 people in line, so Lindsey and I go and she gets her pic and autograph too. I think this was the only princess she got the whole trip though. She didn’t want to do the 45 minute plus wait to see the princesses in toon town.

We head out and take the monorail back to BLT since it is so crazy windy. We board the resort monorail and there is a nice family on in our car, but otherwise empty. I think they were Brazilian based on the shirt the dad was wearing and listening to them speak (I think it was Portuguese). Well I guess Lindsey’s balloon hit the mom on accident when we got on. It was windy afterall. The mom gives her a really dirty, snarky look. Next thing I know, I overhear my MIL saying something about how that lady better not give us anymore dirty looks. LOL!

So finally we are back in our room at 3pm or 3:30pm or so. We take a break and get Will down for a nap. We were pretty happy with our accomplishments so far that morning…..CP breakfast, all of FL except Philharmagic and teacups, plus HM, Space Mtn, TTA, Buzz, PUSH, and lots of shopping and lunch. Not bad. After reading online recently that most guests will only do like 8 rides in a day if lucky……I feel pretty accomplished. We did at least 9 rides before 3pm.

Great updates! I love that Will got to meet and interact with PUSH! The "pooh" joke is too funny! :rotfl2:

That is great that you got that many rides done before 3pm!!!

When we saw Push I looked and looked for the CM that was controlling him but I couldn't figure out who it was and it was driving me CRAZY
