Is Everyone Ready for their January Trip?

17 days!!!!!! Have not even thought about packing yet. Will do that the weekend before we leave.

I'm mildly excited.
More panicked over the weather here!
I'm so afraid we are going to get stuck, both here and there! Here, because it cuts into our trip, and there because my husband has just enough time for this trip!

All ready for the trip but nervous about DS catching stomach virus at preschool or Midwest getting 2 feet of snow on travel day! Won't be able to enjoy until we are all healthy and on the plane under clear skies!

Not completely ready, but now that the holiday is over, I can really start planning with my spreadsheets!

SO VERY READY!!!!!

Took out the suitcases today, cleaned out the park backpacks (which mostly had remnants from our last trip in June ).

While there is so much to do....clean up from Christmas, take down the tree, pack, ring in the New Year, and keep everyone healthy....doesn't matter - the pure adrenaline of excitement will keep me going for the next 10 days!!!!

I can already hear the words "Welcome Home!"......

Three of us will be flying in the night of the 4th for 5 days at Port Orleans. We can't wait!

Kind of ready. We fly out on the 21st for 7 days. I only told the family (DH and DD who is 3) on Christmas Day, so they are kind of in shock, and asking loads of questions, which allows me to indulge my OCD planning

I still have to pick up some dollarstore stuff (plates and cutlery for the room etc). And do the online check-ins etc.

I am SOOO ready!!! Only 18 days I can't even waitt!!! We have everything booked, all we have to do is get our magic your way tickets and the DDP. We have had all our ADRs, hotel reservations, and flights booked for months. When will January 14th be here???????!!!

Yep, we are ready to leave for WDW on January 6, and dd runs the half-marathon on the 8th. We're both getting excited about it. Staying at AKL. Can't wait!!

We're staying at AKL too. Concierge room is booked and we arrive in our regular studio on the 5th and check in upstairs on the 6th. Can't wait, got a full weekend planned with the 5k on Friday, DH running the Goofy over the weekend and myself volunteering to set up the race finish on both days. Early mornings all weekend ! I have to be at the race line for 2:30 am .....

We leave on Friday and I haven't even thought about clothing, let alone park days! Gotta go to Dallas for NYE first-- maybe I should start doing some laundry...

Can't wait! Need a break from work so bad!!! Need a dose of magic, I have yet to start planning our next trip...I really need to. I am thinking June or July. Will be so hot, but love the pools!

I'm so glad we didn't put up any Christmas decorations this year. Our family voted to skip the decorations in favor of more Holiday activities this last month. Now it's much easier to switch gears.

All the planning is done. Just need to buy park tickets. Gift bags are done. Just need to buy the perishable treats. Can't pack until I see the weather. So I really don't have anything to do for the next few weeks except hang out here.

Leaving snowy ('bout time!) Maine on the 5th of January - back on the 15th! Hubby getting a wee bit weak-kneed about his Goofy commitment! (I know he'll be just fine!) Can't decide what to pack in the one checked bag (love those Delta fees!...aack....)...hoping the forecast for warm weather rings true! (Being from Maine means never believing a forecast till you're in it!)
