Yay! The hotel will store the Garden Grocer order in a fridge for you if needed right? Do I need to call them the day before we arrive to tell them to expect an order?

When we got there, we had paper bowls and plates, plastic silverware, and styrofoam cups. They came in very handy!

Hello,

We are planning to purchase the reuseable mugs and use them for the duration of our stay (6 days). What beverages can we fill them with? Can we do this 24 hours a day? Are there special locations around All Star Music resort that we are only able to do this?

Does anyone know how big the fridges are in the family suite? I'm going to order some food/drinks from Garden Grocer and I'm trying to figure out how much of what I can fit into the fridge. Does it also have a freezer?

The mugs can be filled with tea,sodas, hot chocolate etc from the food court as long as the food court is open. The fridges are small. Like a dorm room size fridge. They are big enough to hold a few days worth of things. However, the freezer part will only hold a few bottles of water etc. I'll try and post a picture of the suite we had.

I have a question about the sleeping quarters.... in the living room there are 3 separate sleepers, right? the Sofa, the chair and the ottoman? Does the sofa open up to a double bed and the chair and ottoman each open up to a single bed? Can the ottoman easily be moved into the bedroom? Or can I just request a cot for the bedroom? the kids will be in the bedroom and I'm concerned about them sharing a bed. I think they will keep each other up all night

I've read mixed reviews about how easy/hard it is to move the ottoman into the bedroom.

I don't know anything about cots.

The bedroom would be pretty tight as it already has the queen bed, side chair, amoire, desk with chair...

Maybe it would be easier to bring a child size blow up matress if you have a young child.

I do find that my kids generally sleep pretty well at Disney.

I agree - The bedroom is really tight. It would be very hard to move the ottoman in there. I also vote for a blow-up mattress.

We were there at the end of October. The ottoman moved into the bedroom with no trouble at all. We unfolded it in front of the bedroom window and the 7 year old slept in it. It was a painless process.

The ottoman is described as "junior" - not quite the size of a twin bed. I wouldn't put an adult in it, but a child fits fine. The chair is a twin. The sofa is a full.

Yes, they do! Mousekeeping checks and replenishes paper/plasticware as needed.
