Just curious as to what the "Welcome Back" gift will be. I'm guessing fruit and some disney paraphenalia?

Just came back last weekend and that is still the gift.

1. Tote Bag
2. 2 Rice Crispey Flip Flops
3. 2- Aluminum Bottles
4. 1 Key Chain

You get lanyards that state silver on them when you check in.

Are the 'flip flops" in a sealed bag or shut with a twist tie? If they are not sealed, you can not save them for the plane, because you can not bring them through customs.

I wonder if they'll be doing something new and different for the Dream/Fantasy since they're new ships and so many people have rebooked for cruises on them because they're new. It feels like a disney thing to do....

I hope so. One of our favorite gifts was the blanket from a few years ago that had a map of where the ship was going.

We are doing a B2B. Now will we get a gift for each cruise. Just wondering.....I love gifts and if we do that would mean everyone in the stateroom will get a water bottle. As we do have 4 per stateroom and with 2 staterooms and 4 kiddos I know that there will be some arguing over who gets what. Thanks

I love the gifts they leave for us! We are Silver CC members, too, I just wish they would change the gift a little more frequently. We cruised last year and received the same gift of the red tote/water bottles and flip flop treats.

We will cruise in 2 staterooms next year on the Dream so I'm looking forward to seeing what will be waiting for us!

Why not? It's not fruit. "Food" is not prohibited per se, only certain kinds.

Our first cruise was in 2005. Since then, we've cruised 4 times and have received 3 different CC gifts (the last two cruises were the same gift). I would assume that a new one will be started soon.

I too hope we do get something different this year. We did the Ta and Med BTB and got the same gift for both cruises. In 08 for the PC we got a cute covered ceramic dish with Chip and Dale on it and inside was a picture of our route. It was really nice.

Yes, that's correct. We generally book two rooms so have received 2 gifts each time.

Do they give different gifts for gold members than what the silver members get?

It's my understanding that the gift is the same, but that Gold and Platinum members get a few extras such as a box of truffles, document holder, luggage tags, etc.

In 2008, on our Panama Canal cruise we received the normal Castaway Club gift (the larger beach bag with plastic water bottles, a notebook and a plastic CC zipbag with pencils).

About midway through the cruise, we received the Ducky Williams Panama Canal lithograph and then on the last day we received the ceramic dish with Chip and dale on it that you mentioned. It thought the Ducky Williams lithograph and ceramic dish were for all guests, not just CC members.
