I am really enjoying this edition of Real Housewives SO much.

These women are absolutely INSANE, $50,000 for a 4 year old girl's birthday party??? How do people get to the point that they are so warped and think that's normal?? Then at the party she had a photo shoot of HERSELF???? I'm pretty sure Taylor doesn't even like her husband by the way she acted.

It was $60,000 in total actually, they showed it briefly on the screen. (As if $50k wasn't shocking enough!)

And I was so grossed out that she was on TOP of the already set table with her SHOES on...OMG gross!!!

I feel sorry for the little girl for the competition that was going on there between the mom and the dad...so sad...

Camielle is getting on my nerves with her wanna be entitlement type attitude. We ride private jets, we have 50 houses, I flew him in first class for the day....on and on and on.

I watched this show once (because, like a previous poster, I ADORED Kim when she was a child…I wanted to be her Now she is) and Camille was like nails on a chalkboard.

I wonder if Kelsey has a pre-nup drawn up? Is the divorce to Camille final? Will she have any money to continue to live in this manner?

I'll try to put mine in order of favorites. It's tough though for some of them. Sometimes I forget how much I like them until they come back on the air.
Some of them are tied too. I just can't choose. Like my top 3 for example.

Kyle is gorgeous and if she has had anything done, you cannot tell!
I like Lisa a lot. With all the money they have, she seems to be fairly down to earth.
Camille....I can't stand her. I feel bad that Kelsey left her, but I can't help but think everytime she brags about how much they have, and how strong their relationship is...well, I just keep thinking, girl, you better hold on...it's gonna be a bumpy ride! That's so wrong. And I do feel bad for the kids. The 4 nannies really rubs me the wrong way.
Taylor is ok, but I do have a hard time looking at her plastic face.
Adrienne, I like so far, but same thing. Does anyone in LA have original parts??

Remember when people would make fun of Joan Rivers and Phyllis Diller for their plastic surgery?? In comparison to some of these women (ESP Linda Thompson ) Joan and Phyllis look great! They need to give out cards to their plastic surgeons because their work is SO much better than anyone elses. Watch Camille's forehead next time. It does not move.

I'm so into this BH installment. I wasn't going to watch it, but my friend talked me into it. I totally remember Kim from when she was a kid. And my favorite scary movie of all time is the original Halloween -- can't believe that Kyle is little Lindsay Wallace!

Camille- I find her Really hard to like, too. But, knowing what was happenning in her marriage, she is behaving like she is very insecure. Needing the constant attention from men, going on about how great she is, how hard she works, how perfect her world is...she's trying to convince herself and us.

I'm sure that is why she got upset about what Kyle said. Kyle probably said something like "I'm surprised you would want to go to Hawaii without Kelsey", a normal thing to say-meaning it's more of a romantic vacation. But Camille heared something entirely different, reflecting her fears about herself/her marriage. So it's easy to hate her, but I also feel sorry for her.

Taylor is obviously insecure, too, but admits it.

Adrienne, Kyle and Lisa seem much more self-assured. Kyle is someone I could totally hang with. Lisa, too, I would have fun with...but I would be her frumpy poor friend.
Doesn't Adrienne just seem annoyed by her husband much of the time?

Kim, I'm still not sure. She seems like a good person, genuinely into her kids and family.
I am surprised how awkward and uncomfortable she seems, considering she was such an awesome actress. She seemed to have so much presence, so much... energy as an actress. I would think she would be better at at least faking her way through some of the situations that seem to really shake her.

I am really enjoying the BH ladies!!!! (And I loved the DC ladies too....I could so go hang with Mary, Linda, Stacy, and Kat!)

My take:

Lisa: Love her! She seems like she is very grounded and works hard and is involved in her restaraunts. She and Ken seem like a solid couple and I enjoyed learning about her kids.

Kyle: Love her too! Plus her hubby is hot to look at! Her home seems a little smaller and not as "splashy" as the others.

Adrienne: Yes, she has a lot of money and owns a lot of stuff, but it does seem like she works a lot and is involved. I had no idea her kids were so little! When she talked about them going to Vegas last episode and taking the kids it made them seem older.

Taylor: "I knew I was going to turn out to be something!" Yes, honey, you turned into a plasticky trophy wife with big lips and a spending problem!

Kim: Not a fan. Seems very sulky and very dependant on the "Mommy" role.

Camille: Every show needs a Whackadoodle and BH's is Camille. The 4 nannies, house manager, cleaning person, etc are a bit much. Did anyone else notice that when she was in Hawaii, the stuff she did (swimming, paddleboarding, hot tub) was with adults or by herself? The nannies were watching the kids.

I've seen every RH series and I have to say that I am loving these ladies! I don't think I can rank them because I adore them all for different reasons!

So I've never watched any of the Real Housewives shows, but I stumbled on this show when it premiered and now I'm hooked!

I really like Lisa (and I think her little dog is too cute, although why she has to dress it up ), her family seems pretty normal. I like Kyle and Adrienne too, they seem a lot more down to earth than the others.

Taylor is incredible - $60,000 for a kids party???!!! Her daughter was obviously overwhelmed by it all, and what was with her having all those photos of herself taken?! At my birthday parties, I don't remember my mom getting on the table and having professional photos of herself taken! Although I feel sorry for her with that husband, he seems so controlling.

I really, really wanted to like Camille - DH and I are huge fans of Frasier and I've always liked Kelsey Grammer so I tried to like her. But no. She just rubs me up the wrong way - I just can't understand needing four nannies for two kids! It was also really weird the way she was sitting in the hot tub asking that older guy to compliment her!

Kim seems to be off in la-la land, I find her the hardest to watch out of all of them!

I noticed that, and she kept saying how nice it was to be in Hawaii so she had time for herself for a change. I was wondering how that is any different from her regular routine?

Oh, and the poor dear is exhausted from just planning a trip. And even though she knows the women that work for her have hectic lives, hers is just so much more complicated. Poor thing!

Yes, she is the whackadoodle of this "Housewives".
Kim is kinda getting on my nerves. She always seems to be whining about something. I'm totally "Team Kyle".
I liked how they compared Kyle's daughters party with Taylor's daughters party. Taylor spent so much more, but her daughter was not into it at all. Kyle's, while still very expensive, was pretty modest for BH AND most importantly, it was about her daughter! Imagine that! I will be very surprised if I end up not liking Kyle by the end of the season.

It took me and my classmates a bit to realize it was her because neither her name nor her face are the same as when she was a teenager. Unfortunately, her attitude is still exactly the same. Now that you mention it, "Taylor" is a pretty current name for a female. I'm 37 and I have never known a "Taylor" that is my age.
I have no problem believing you about everything being fake. That is sad. How does she know that the people around her really love her if she isn't being herself? That's a lot of pressure to be perfect, look perfect etc. On the other hand, if her DH lost all his money, she probably wouldn't stick around for long.

Both of them should have planned their time around the other or not moaned about the other not helping. Kim never complained that Kyle didn't help her move, but Kyle was really mad at Kim for being late for her party and not helping her prepare for it.

Last time I checked, even with movers and helpers, moving is hard and tiring. I'd hardly want to go to a party after doing that. Kyle was lucky Kim showed up at all.

I agree -- I'm surprised she is so socially awkward -- it's uncomfortable to watch.

I agree with what you said above -- I thought it was odd for Kyle to be that mad when her sister was moving for pete's sake -- it's not like Kyle's older daughters couldn't have helped. Then again, maybe there was more to the story. While I like Kyle, I think there is this part of her that likes to make Kim feel inferior/insecure -- I don't have any sisters, so I don't assume to know the complexities of a sister relationship, though.
