Can anyone else not retrieve their on-line ressie?

I have not been able to bring up my online reservations in weeks. Anyone else having issues with this?

The only way I can do it is to pretend I want to do on-line check in. It pulls it up the reservation (gives me details) and tells me that I cannot yet do on-line check-in.

Haha! I already have received all my info in the mail. I just wanted to check and see what I had listed as room requests.

I've been having a problem myself for a long time. Wrote to Disney and received no answer. And then Friday I received ME documents so know it is not cancelled Will have to try the check-in route.

Well I tried the check-in route and that didn' t work for me either. Guess I'll call them!

If I booked through AAA I should still be able to retrieve my reservation shouldn't I? I've tried a few times but it said it couldn't be done at that time. I believe I've seen posts from others who have done their own ADR's online.

I haven't had any problem but I have to make sure I've scrolled all the way down the page. The first box is for online reg only and the second box further down is for retrieving your reservation. It doesn't show until you scroll and you must enter all the information or it won't do anything. Other than that, since U can always retrieve mine I don't know what or could be. The other thing of course is that your reservation must have been made through Disney Travel Company.

Yes, you should be able to. I was able to a few weeks ago but haven't been able to the last several days.

I had an issue with retrieving my reservation, too. The page was blank and wouldn't load, but I found after I closed out everything in my taskbar and the programs running in the background it would eventually load for me. If you're having that type of problem, try that and maybe it'll pull them up for you.
