Not sure if you have a cricut machine or if you saw but they have a toy story cartridge coming out. I know you said Josh was a Toy Story fan and that you like to scrapbook so I thought I'd share.

We headed back over to the animation area where we got in line again to see the Up! Characters. We waited in line for what seemed like forever!

As we were waiting I decided to do an impression of a family in front of us who seemed to be in the true Disney spirit!

This has now become known as the grumpy bride photo, and is one of Josh’s favorite from the trip!

About two families before we were at the front of the line Dug left! We asked the CM what was going on, and he told us that Dug had a vet appointment, and would be gone for the rest of the day! I was so disappointed, because Josh really loves Dug! But hey, we were at Disney, and we were still going to meet Carl and Russell!

Russell was very excited to see that we were newly weds, and wanted to see my ring! He was very excited, and kept grabbing my hand while we were visiting with them!

Andrea who is a physical therapist was not impressed with Carl’s cane! She said something about the 4 point canes not being very safe.

Carl was also interested in seeing our wedding rings.

Russell wanted us to pose with our hands out. Every time we tried to pull them back he would grab our hands, and put mine on top of Josh’s

We told Carl that we wanted to have a marriage like the one that he and Ellie had. He used his finger to show us that it was going to make him cry. Then he grabbed me and gave me a great big hug.

That moment was probably one of the most magical that I have had with a character.


We loved meeting the Up! Characters, I hope they will bring them back out soon!!

I just read your entire report in 1 sitting...It was awesome. You're wedding pictures are gourgeous. You had mentioned back a ways that y'all went thru someone different for your wedding. My brother is in the Army and him and his fiance are getting married and looked into Disney but it cost so much. Any advice? I can't wait to hear more.

We got married at Shades of Green. It was much cheaper than anything else on property. You don't go through the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings people, you call the hotel directly. They should ask to speak with Bonnie, she is amazing, and really sweet.
