I found this elsewhere and thought it was great info, especially in the summer heat.

"Filtered water spigots are available throughout the park at several locations throughout Disneyland, although I've noticed that in recent years there are fewer and fewer. A filtered water spigot will certainly always available in the kitchen area and main feeding area of the Baby Center on Main Street. The water is refreshing and ice cold! Stop in and say hello. The hostess are happy to let you refill your water bottles!

Other spigots can be found at:

1. ★The Plaza Pavillion restaurant on the west side of Main Street
2. ★The French Market in New Orleans Square
3. ★Rancho del Zocalo in the dining courtyard in Frontierland
4. ★Tomorrowland Terrace to the left of the order windows"

Thank you for posting this! I knew I had seen it before and was gonna have to search again before our trip. Writing it down right now............

Good advise. Cali water tastes 'nasty', (not that Ariz tastes any better)

Thank you, this is great to know. Yes So. Cal water is pretty gross, it has almost a weird sweet taste to it, or at least I think so...but not a good sweet. Not all california water tastes gross, ours is pretty good ;)

Our water is gross, we have to have a filter. Our water has all kinds of additives because we are a "farming community" so we are zoned for agriculture additives. ??? No clue what but it makes the water taste weird.

We often to go the First Aid Station on Main Street to refill our bottles, the nurses love to see us do that, especially when we have the kids, they always say we are showing them the right way to stay hydrated. :) Last weekend it was so hot they also had cold wet towels for people to use to cool off. :)

hmm, the OC water system is actually recycled water. I read it in an article. but its been filtered like 20 times before it gets anywhere so its all goood.

at first, im like eeew, that disgusting. But like, i bath in it, wash my hands in it, so im assume its also safe to drink from it.

sorry if that really bugs you. :|

I actually found Disneyland water to be OK. (Though I do like sweet things. ;) ) I drank it straight from the fountain about as often as I used my generic Crystal Light flavor packs. Didn't actually try the water in the HoJo, since I had so many water bottles in the fridge. :flower3:

WDW's water, I couldn't take without some Crystal Light powder in it. The name brand stuff, even! Not sure if generic would have done the trick. :rotfl2:

I didnt find DL water to be too sweet. I dont like drinking from fountains though, so I avoid that at all cost. I go to any of the counter services (Not carts) but counter services that sell fountain pop and they will give you free filtered water in a cup there. Bring some Crystal Light packets and you wont even taste the sweet water if that is how you find it to be.

We were already planning on bringing our Kleen Kanteens and Siggs and now we know where we can actually get some good water. Thanks!!

I've only ever seen the Rancho one...it's not like a drinking fountain, though. It's in their permanent cart that has hot sauces, and you can fit, for instance, a 20 oz aquafina bottle under there to refill it. Note that the Rancho area now has a new drinking fountain area, but this is NOT it. This is inside the eating area. :)

I've never seen the other ones.

I've seen the one at TLT, it's there. I've never used it tho.....

Can anyone verify if these locations are still valid? Headed out at the end of August and I would really like to use my Camelbak bottle without buying pre-bottled water.

Thanks!
Christy

Thanks for the info! I knew about the ones in the French Market & Rancho del Zocalo, but not the others. :thumbsup2
