Wednesday 16th June ~ High 97F

We were up just after 7am and arrived at Animal Kingdom for morning EMH's just after the park opened

We headed straight to Expedition Everest and grabbed a couple of Fastpasses. We rode it twice, and both times were only a 5 minute wait

We then wandered over to Dinoland where we rode Triceratops Spin and Dinosaur

Our EE FP time came round so we rode that again and then wandered over to Africa, stopping along the way to have some photopass pics taken

We had breakfast at Pizzafari of two Sausage Platters, then popped into Camp Minnie-Mickey, but it was getting very hot and the lines were getting so long that we only stopped to see Mickey

We started to walk towards the exit, and we stopped along the way to look in the shops and to visit Lilo & Stitch

Once back at the Pop, we relaxed by the pool, and we were so thankful to be able to have a dip to cool off as it was very warm today

After showering we decided to have a chilled out afternoon. We wandered around the resort taking photos, then we had a couple of drinkies at Petals Pool Bar

We then got the bus to DownTown Disney to do some souvenir shopping

After doing about $300 of shopping (where Paul was able to get about $60 off using his Annual Pass), we then popped into TRex for dinner

We had a lovely meal of onion rings, rotiserrie chicken and fillet steak, which was all delish

After dinner we had a cocktail at the bar, then had a wander around the West Side

It began to spit with rain, so we caught the bus back to the Pop and started packing for our night at Portofino Bay tomorrow

Tomorrow ~ Portofino Bay & Universal Orlando

T-Rex looks like fun - but the queues have always been enormous when we passed by - seems like a really popular place and definitely another one for my list!

Wow you always seem to pack so much into your days and get some lovely photos taken. Whenever I get back to WDW I am looking forward to trying T-Rex, always sounds so good.
