Okay I'm here and I'm all caught up!! Sorry for taking so long! It sounds like it's going to be a great trip! I'm sorry to hear about Jacquie's knee. I hope everything works out for her so one surgery fixes it!

I flew to Alaska all by myself a few times when DH was stationed there! Once I got stuck in Houston for twenty four hours! I was so terrified!

It's cool, you've had your dental stuff going on I'm actually not sure what's going on with Jacquie's knee. She did wind up losing her job, and has since lost her medical insurance, so she has no idea how she's going to pay for the surgery.

When I went to Alaska, I was actually working at a resort near Denali National Park for the summer I'm used to traveling alone

So apparently, the Wishes dessert parties have been extended through December 29. I'm tempted to book it, but I'm not sure if I want to.

Anyone have any ideas on the subject? I love desserts, but I'm just not sure if I want to book it or not.

At any other time, I would recommend the Dessert Party - but remember, you have to go to enjoy the Desserts; not look for a prime spot to view the fireworks.

But, you are going at the time of year where MNSSHP and the F&W festivals are on. You might be better off thinking about spending the money snacking desserts around F&W and enjoying Illuminations instead.
