The final payment dates for this cruise are September 27 (staterooms in categories 4-12) and September 10 (categories 1-3).

Keep in mind if you are a previous cruiser, you can book excursions, Palo, spa reservations sooner than September 28, but only if you are paid in full.

Concierge & Platinum Castaway Club members (11+ sailings) - August 14, 2010
Gold Castaway Club members (6-10 sailings) - August 29, 2010
Silver Castaway Club members (1-5 sailings) - September 13, 2010
New cruisers - September 28, 2010

Our payment team can only process payments on these reservations on weekdays before 8:00 pm because this is a group and the Groups Department is only open on weekdays. If you wish to be able to do your prebooking on a weekend, please make sure your payments are received no later than 3:00 pm on Friday to insure that payment is applied before the Groups Department closes for the evening.

The reminder notices you will get from our office will be for the due date of September 27 for all staterooms and September 13 for all suites. We will not send out notices to remind you to pay in full before the date above for prebooking so if you want to make sure you are paid in full earlier, you should mark a date in your calendar that you want to make payment by. I would recommend that you make payment no later than Thursday evenings if you want to be able to book over the weekend so if there are any problems with your payment, there is time to remedy it before the weekend.

Can you remind us of the numbers of past DCL cruises that qualify you for which level, Tracy, or point us toward that information?

Thanks.

This isn't about pre-booking, but it is in regards to Palo and Shore Excursions.

If we don't participate in our shore excursion, we are still charged for it, correct?

What about Palo? Say we happen to nap through dinner or get projectily ill? Are we still charged?

You must cancel your shore excursions 3 days prior to the cruise or you will be charged for them.

With Palo you must cancel 24 hours prior to the dinner or you will be charged for it. If you are projectily ill and quarantined to your room by medical staff my bet would be that you could get out of it :rotfl2:

**note to self** do NOT have six Whippletini's the day of Palo......

Have John the Genius & Pete the Legend finalised the program for the cruise?

Will we know what is scheduled for when before the booking window opens for any shore excursions etc?

No and not likely. The booking window opens for some at 120 days which is in less than 2 weeks.

Tracy,

Can we mail in a check for our payment?

If so, what address do we mail it to?

Thanks!

You can but you must leave plenty of time for the payment to come to our office, be processed and then be forwarded to DCL and processed. We recommend at least 10 business days.

Checks should be payable to Disney Cruise Vacations and mailed to

I think we will book our Palo brunch and see what happens. Tracy, whenever you get the info I know you will get it out as soon as possible. Thanks for the reminders.

Can I have my memory refreshed? Can we have a Palo dinner and a Palo brunch or is it one or the other....(I'm super hungry and can't stop thinking about food.......)

You can have one of each.

What night is Pirate night? I think I might want to Palo dinner that night.

What days do they have Brunch? I could skip Nassau for good food!
