Bummer about not getting to go out anywhere that night and missing the parade and Wishes. Keeping fingers crossed that you worked it in on another night of the trip.
It really was one of many great moments! We did make it another night but gave up meeting several dis friends to do so...

Your pictures are fantastic! I like how you take them from your perspective and then some from Ashton's perspective. I used to give Hunter a camera and let him take pictures when he was little so I could see what he was seeing.
Ashton looks like he was having a great time but I can tell he was getting tired.

Ashton was having a great time with ALL the attention! and yes he was getting tired. I think I'm getting him the children's digital for Christmas so we can start recording his sights in the future.

Loved reading all about your MK day!!! That was a big storm Sunday night! We made it back from Epcot just in time also!! I was so happy that the rain stayed away the rest of the week too! Sorry it ruined your Spectro and Wishes plans, hopefully you guys still got to see it!! I did a lot of "we'll get back to that later" and never made it back to things too! Looking forward to hearing about your breakfast!!!!!!!

Great update too. Sounds like you had a great MK day. I'm planning on trying a Dole Whip this year. I've been meaning to do it for two years and I think this trip is going to be the one that it happens on.

Thanks! Leanne we did have a great Magic Kingdom day (how can you not--you're in Magic Kingdom) even with my little meltdown we had an awesome day...that Dole Whip was sooooo good and refreshing! I hope you get a chance to get one (although I know you will not read this until you get back now
)...and yes I night of rain is definately better than a week of rain!

Sorry about the rain and the headaches of traveling with such a large group. I keep thinking it would be fun to travel with my brother and sister-in-law and their girls, but then I think about the realities of ALL those people and the way I like to tour the parks and think.....maybe not!
Ashton looks like he is having so much fun! I love all the character pics! We met Lilo and Stitch in that same place a few weeks ago! Love them!

I bet if you let them know your touring style it would be great. My biggest problem was my parents planned to keep up with us (and mom can't) so the older kids and Danny were ready to fly...and I wanted to ride a few rides with Danny
.... but, I just gave in (isn't that what most mom's do) and hung out with my parents and let Danny hang out with the kids...

Also, I loved your parade pictures! We missed that parade and I kept trying to tell myself it was okay, but now I'm really sad we didn't get to see it! 
I know I need to figure out about a hat--I am not a fan of them but I really do not like sunburns on my head either!
