Hoppin @ the Pop fridge missing...Were you given our fridge by mistake?

I need your help. Our fridge (pictured below) is missing and has been missing for a couple weeks now. It's a white fridge and is a square dorm-size fridge. Are the correct fridges with the correct swappers? Does anyone know if they were given our fridge by mistake? I've had swappers there checking with Luggage Sevices daily and it has not turned up. I'm going to be on Disney property on 5/31 and I"m hoping to get to Pop and locate it.

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated! TIA!

Sorry, can't help you with your fridge.

From experience, I think all fridges need to be identified with the correct name of the Fridge SWap such as, for example: "MZ. MINNIE'S ICE BOX".

Also, the person borrowing the fridge should make a note of the name of the fridge swap. If they don't remember the swap name, they will accept any fridge that is given to them. In turn, they will put the information for the next person on the fridge that doesn't belong to the swap. It's a big snowball effect.

I made 3 signs for each of the two fridge swaps we reserved (one for us and one for our friends). Each was done on the printer on white paper, placed on colored paper and laminated. A sign was taped to the front and sides of the fridge. Hopefully this will help keep this fridges in the right place and with the right people.

Didn't mean to take over. I just wish that when people use the fridge they make sure that everything is in place, correctly, for the next person.

I agree with you and as the fridge coordinator, I encourage each swapper to ask for the Hoppin @ the Pop fridge at Luggage Services and to be in contact with the swapper before and after them. The fridge was lost a few months ago for a couple weeks and it was eventually located. Hopefully, that will happen again.

my swapper was given your fridge a few weeks ago, it was delivered to her room by LS. She didn't open it but called me since she was getting nowhere with Ls. I called them and spoke to the CM who delivered it by mistake and told him our brand new fridge (ours was not cooling anymore) had been delivered that day by UPS. He found ours and delivered to my swapper and took your back. Your swapper was arriving the next day. Sorry, i can't be more help. This was May 7th. Hope you find it.

Hmmmmm? Thanks for the information. We had a swapper there that week and she couldn't find the fridge. LS probably gave it to someone else! Yikes! I'm planning to go to Pop on 5/31 and see if I can't get this straightened out. Thanks again for your help.
