Can someone give me the link to be able to email WDW please. Is it the same link as when we had to request our 12 digit reservation number? If so, sorry, cannot remember where to find it - help !

I am not sure if this would be ok to email on this one.

Basically I suffer from claustrophobia in some cases, for example, if queueing for a disney ride and I am in the middle of a long queue, therefore cannot get out easily, I was wondering if I brought a letter from the doctor whether they would allow me to wait at the exit, while the rest of the family queue as normal and then when it is our turn for the ride, join them. I do not want to jump the queue at all, just want to wait where it is not so enclosed. Do you suggest the above link to email???

If you email the above link and they want you to address another department they will send you the email address for the relevant division of Disney to deal with your specific query.

I hope they can help you. Most of the queueing areas are indoors and often dimly lit if that helps you to structure your email.

You shouldn't be embarassed - it is very real to the person suffering from the phobia. Look at it this way, aside from putting your mind at rest or at least being able to prepare yourself in the event that they won't accommodate you, you never know how many others will read this and appreciate it because they felt too silly to ask. I would love to know what they say.

For someone like me its difficult to understand a phobia but having DW with a bird phobia and DS with a snake phobia I have to accept people have fears of many things.
Nearest I have to a phobia is getting my wallet out, terrifies me at times.
I am sure there are many more in the same position.
