One of the days we are going to the AK it closes at 5, and we would like to go to a Resort TS restaurant and counts for one dining credit. We already have reservations at Ohana another night, so what is another good one??? The Wave? Sanaa? Kona Cafe? Kouzzina? Captain's Grille? any other?? I am confused.

I have not been to any of these other dining places. I have been to that are good are: Cape May Clambake @ Beach Club
Whispering Canyon @ Wilderness
Olivia's @ OKWest

Kona's would probably get my vote because I am trying this year for first time.

I thought Kona was just ok.

Kouzzina was not good.

Sanaa, however, was EXCELLENT!

have been to all of these...we love The Wave.

Maya Grill at Coronado Springs was also very good, and awesome decor in there (fabulous service, too...and strolling guitar player was wonderful.)
Kona we like almost as much as the Wave.
Captain's Grill we liked, too.
Olivia's at Old Key West was good food, good service

Kouzzina was not good at all -terrible service, over-salted food, tough beef
Sanaa...some of the food was very good, some not good at all. If you like Asian/African flavors (emphasis on curry) you'll like the food there...but note there is virtually no 'merican-type food on the menu if you have any picky/non-adventurous appetites in your party. Wonderful view there if you're eating during animal feeding time.

I'm probably going to be in the minority here, but I did not care for Kona Cafe, on the other hand Kouzinna is one of my favorites!

Kona Cafe and Kouzzina are two of my favorites. Enthusiastic recommendation for either restaurant!

The Wave, Kona, or the Grand Floridian Cafe (for which I voted Other).

Kona is very good, which is what I voted for. I also loved Whispering Canyon at WL, and I've always wanted to try Boma! Captain's Grille was also good! :thumbsup2

Very Interesting results!! Yes I forgot about Boma. I'm very adventurous with food, i'll eat anything. My husband on the other hand, not so much. He'll eat sushi, japanese, mexican, but doesn't like a lot of dishes with curry or indian flavors.

That is what I was kind of worried about with Boma. I've heard it's mainly good for it's soups. Am I wrong???

My whole family loves Boma. DD(6) eats the prime rib, DD(8) likes the salmon. I love the carrot-ginger soup and the hummus type spreads, and DH puts the cilantro vinaigrette on everything. There is plenty of variety for everyone.

Ooops I voted for other I didn't see the 1TS credit! Soooo i like Kona...great food, bread is awesome! I love the Tuna steak, never had it before didn't know what to expect...it was great!
Honorable mentions : Cape May is great if you like clams and crab, 1900 Park Fare is fun the food is so so but the characters are fun! same with Chef Mickey's, Turf Club and Boatwrights are hidden gems IMO great food!

We had lunch at Sanaa last December. It was wonderful. Our kids (DD14 and DS10) are requesting a return trip this year. Since you want to go after AK closes, this is close by. Plus, you can extend your animal viewing with the savannah areas at Kidani Village. Our kids took hundreds of animal pictures when we were there.....thank God for digital photography! ::MinnieMo
