My family is coming the week of June 20 and I was wondering how the water tastes. I have bought some water bottles to be filled up at the water fountain.

Most people will say its very bad. Some will say the water at WDW is generally undrinkable. Very few say they don't have a problem at all (don't trust them must be aliens).
For me worst water I ever tasted.
The brita pitcher we took didn't help. We had to run it through another carbon filter designed for backpacking to get the taste out.
We're not aliens, just FL natives (but maybe. . .there's not much of a difference *weird music*)Very few say they don't have a problem at all (don't trust them must be aliens).
Clearly, I'm the crazy one, but, for the most part, I don't mind WDW water that much. And I live in the region of the country with the top rated drinking water in the country for several of the past ten years!
I will say, though, the water fountains over by Peter Pan and it's a small world are THE worst fountains at WDW. I think those pipes must be so old that you get a strong metallic taste on top of Florida water taste!
I bring a reusable bottle with me, and ask for cups of ice water at CS restaurants (you don't even have to buy anything or even wait in line!). You can fill your water bottle with these cups of water!
, I wonder if they do too? Some don't clean their ice bin/machines and you would be disgusted if you saw all the mold and mildew in it . Since this is WDW we are talking about, I am sure that they would have to be required to make sure that it was sanitized to get clearance that it would not cause anyone to get sick.I wonder if they clean their ice machines, though? Not many restaurants do
