back in feb.i ordered tha rachael ray magazines did anyone ever get there magazine i paid $11.96 for 4 years and as of today i have never received anything but the money was taken out of my account from tanga

I know when I've ordered "deals" I've always gotten the magazines, though I think they take up to 12 weeks to start. Good luck!

I've been wondering the same thing and hoping that it wasn't a digital subscription cuz I get a million e-mails a day from the mag.

I have a print subscription and get a bunch of emails from the magazine.

If you go to the magazine website, you may be able to log in and check your subscription status -- find out if it's print or digital or whathave you.

Thanks for posting this question. I, too, ordered the magazine and, as yet, have not received anything. I've searched the website and apparently need the "account number" in order to find anything concerning my order. Since I haven't received a magazine I don't have the account number. What do we do now?

Here is the email I received from Tanga. I ordered on 2/27 so it has only been about 6 weeks and it says it takes 12

You will receive the first issue of your magazine in 10-13 weeks. If you have not received your magazine after 12 weeks from the date of your order, please contact us with a Tangagram and we will contact the publisher on your behalf. Sometimes you will get your magazines sooner than 10 weeks however as every publisher is different!

If you ordered a magazine that you already have a subscription for, the publisher will be adding on additional years to your subscription.

You can also cancel this order, before it is processed, through your My Account page. If you need to change an order quantity, please go and cancel your first order and then place another order with the updated quantity. We cannot increase order quantities on our end.

If there are any problems with this order or any discrepancy, please go to your My Account page and contact us using the Tangagram messaging system. You can also email service@tanga.com.

When you write us any emails or Tangagrams regarding your order, ALWAYS include your username and order number or you will not pass go and you will not collect $200. We need this in order to lookup important information about your order and to give you the best possible customer service.

Looks like this was "the week", I got mine this week also, good unitl 2014. I'd forgotten about it actually, so it was a nice surprise.
