OT - Aaaaargggh, Gymbucks!!

After spending over an hour :headache online at Gymbo and picking 3 outfits for DD, I realized I cannot redeem my Gymbucks. I am going to strangle my DH, I told him to save the Gymbucks and the shipping slip from the online purchase, but, he only saved the Gymbuck and threw away the shipping slip!! My Gymbuck is now absolutely useless!! Does anyone know if there's a code on the email of the original purchase that I can use? Should I call the 800 and see if they can provide me a code? Calling out all Gymbo experts, what do I do?

This was from an online order? Did you keep a copy of the emailed receipt? Have you tried logging onto gymboree.com & see if there is a copy in your order history? What if you place an online order to use your gymbucks, don't they just ask for the code on the GB themselves?

It seems that if you earned your GB online, then there should certainly be a record of that. If none of the above works, definately call customer service!

You really only need the receipt if you're going in the store. On the back of my gymbucks was the code and I just entered it in when I ordered online. They didn't ask anything about my receipt and I just did this yesterday.

Your gymbuck number is on the back (blue side) in the bottom right corner. It should start with 60064 96681 and then there will be a series of 9 numbers in bold and then a 4 digit pin that need to be put in at check out.

If that doesn't work, I'd call the credit card company and ask for a copy of the charges. They should be able to email or fax that to you in a couple of days and your gymbucks are good through 4/18.
 
Call or email gymboree, they'll be able to help you. A couple of years ago, we had a disneyland trip planned during redemption time. With the excitement of the trip I never did use the gymbucks and left it at home. Luckily I remembered on the last day of redemption(while we were still on trip), so I called gymboree and they were able to give me my gymbucks #(that I received from an online order) so I could place an online order. It all worked out in the end and customer service was awesome.
 


There should be a order history of your order under your account what you need is the pin off the order reciept in order to use the Gym bucks
 
I accidentially did this once. I wanted to buy in store and they were able to call and get the info they needed.
 
I know I have purchased outifts at our gymboree with gymbucks and didn't need the receipt. Maybe it depends on who's checking you out? I know it says to keep the receipt attached, but one time my aunt purchased clothes for the kids, kept the receipt, and gave me the gymbuck. I had no problem redeeming it later on. I just explained to them that my aunt had the receipt.
 


I work at Gymboree. As previous posters have said, you can either use it online, or ask to talk to the manager if the the person that waited on you wasnt willing to help, they can help you, they can call and verify it, we have done this before. Or you could call the 800 number yourself.
 
I think people are getting confused. The gymbucks from an online order are different from the gymbucks you get from an in-store purchase. When you get gymbucks from an online order, they send you a "dummy" gymbuck that has no numbers on it, the numbers that you need to redeem the gymbuck are actually printed ON THE RECEIPT only. That being said, you should be able to call the cust. serv. number and they can look it up, just be prepared for a long wait :rotfl:

Yes, that is actually correct now that I think of it, but the mgr can do the phone call or anyone in the store as well.
 
This was a Gymbuck from an online order and I was trying to use it for an online order. I had one of the "fake" Gymbuck that just had the online store address on it. I called Gymboree and within minutes I had placed my order over the phone and she was able to find and apply my Gymbuck...yay!! :cool1:
