um....the tickets you buy to get 'admission' into DL also includes the rides right? My husband seems to think rides are an extra charge. I'm assuming all is included in the 'admission' fee? Can someone please settle this arguement for me??

P.S - Has anyone purchased tix via Kijubi.com? safe?

Yes!!! Park hopper tickets include all the rides, parades, shows etc. As far as I am aware there is nothing else that you have to pay for separately once you have a park hopper (obviously excluding PS, food and souveniers).

I have not used that site but I do know that if you are wary of using certain websites you can always get a print out of the price and take it into Flight Centre and they will match the price. The only condition on that is that it is an Australian web site. I found Expedia to be pretty much the cheapest on most things when I booked.

You at this time did pay for the rides separately.
This is where the term "e-ticket" came from as this was the type of ticket you needed to ride the best rides.


But Now the tickets you buy will cover ALL rides and attractions within the park like Pirates of the Caribbean, Dumbo, Haunted Mansion, It's a Small world etc.

The only exclusions are the arcade games (like car racing, pinball, skill testers in the small arcade) the frontierland shooting game, and the Fair games at DCA.


I don't know anything about that website. As suggested, getting a price match at Flight Centre is a safer way.

I'd exchange the money when the exchange rate is good and take it over with you to buy on the spot. You could try googling Cleaver Brothers and sending them an email to see what the best price they would offer the tix for.

Cleaver Brothers are on Harbour Boulevard in Anaheim; so they could be a convenient stop if you are staying in Anaheim. I've bought discount tix from them at least twice over the counter without any issues.....try sending them an email for a quote. Needless to say, the more days you have at the park, the better the discount. In general, you could save about $10-15 per adult ticket for 3 days ticket or longer.

Aside from everything else that has been mentioned, you'll also be paying for food in the park.

I may be wrong but I think that if you are looking to buy the 14 day park hopper then you have to get it before you leave. I don't think it is available to buy over there

Noooooooo, you can't get the 14 day hopper from your hotel. They are only available to Australians and only sold in Australia.

You have to buy it before you leave (from travel agent or expedia) and they will give you some sort of confirmation letter. You then take that letter to the ticket booth outside Disneyland and they will exchange it for your ticket.

Just to clarify this. You can buy up to a 6 day hopper in the US or online through the disney site, if you want the 14 day hopper you can only buy this through expedia.com.au.
We have bought our tickets through expedia and also on line through the disney site with no problems.
I have never heard of Kijubi.com so can't comment sorry.

gogo, you can get the 14 day hoppers from any Aus travel agent. I think they actually come from Creative Holidays, and they sell to all TA's.

After reading this thread i have asked our travel agent for the 14 day hopper ticket. In the creative holiday brochure the cost for this ticket is $272 Adult and $234 child.
in comparison the five day is $265 adult and the child $227

1rocky, if you buy from your travel agent be sure to check the price on Expedia.com.au to see if it is cheaper. If so just print it off and take it to the TA and get them to beat (or at least match) the price.

I have found that Expedia hopper prices have always been cheaper than any price the TA can offer. At the moment the price on Expedia for a 14 day adult hopper is $228.63 and child is $195.81. But they change daily with the fluctuating dollar. So just print it off on the day you go want to buy them and take it with you.
