Pin Code 20/30/40% Questions

Hi! I have a question about pin codes, does anyone know any details about the 20/30/40 pin? For instance once you have the pin are there certain things you have to have to book with it? (Tickets, certain number of days) Or can you just book room only. Also if it were between the 20/30/40% pin and the book 4 get 3 nights free which would be the better deal? (supposing you were wanting to stay between six and seven nights)

*The number of rooms available at these savings is limited. Minimum length-of-stay requirements may apply for Friday or Saturday arrivals. Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same room. Additional per-adult charges apply if more than two adults per room. No group rates or other discounts apply. Advance reservations required. Offer is nontransferable.
Excludes suites and campsites.

ETA: I booked a room only with it. I already had a club level room at AKL with the AAA discount. When I received this, I just emailed it to my travel agent and she applied it to my reservation. We're staying 4 nights (Sun - Thurs).

I think, AAA is 20% accross the board discount for all resort rooms. That maybe incorrect -- so please someone correct me if I'm wrong - I won't mind!

Also you cannot book the 2 bedroom villas with this pin. I know I tried! We are now in a studio and a 1 bedroom.

With our 20/30/40 PIN, the % off was for the room portion only, but we were able to add tickets and dining. There are no restricitions in terms of the number of days we had to book and there is no expiration on it.
As far as the 20/30/40 PIN vs. the 4/3 deal...depends on where you are staying and how many in your group.

I was able to book a 2 brdm villa @ AKV Kidani sav view with my 20/30/40 PIN. I received the PIN in mid-Jan and booked a couple of weeks later for 4 nights in July. I wanted BCV or BWV but they were not available. At the time I booked, AKV, SSR, OKW, & VWL 2 bdrms were available. I called back three weeks ago to see if anything had opened up and the only thing that was left with the PIN was AKV- very limited the CM said, and SSR. So glad I booked early. I was looking to book room only but the CM toild me I could add tix and dining if I wanted. Only the room portion is discounted.

Ok I guess I need to call back and talk to another CM. We are booked at BWV and the first CM I talked to said we couldn't book them until May for our Nov. trip. I called back and got BWV when I talked to another CM. I wish the CMs all had the same information. It is frustrating when you get all these different answers.

That sounds interesting. I didn't realize you could use AAA discount and a pin code. hmmmm. Time for some number crunching
