Anyone cruising soon want to check something for me?

If there is anyone sailing on the Magic and Wonder that would be willing to jot down the names of the DVC castmembers on board and send it to me it would be greatly appreciated! We are trying to find the name of one of the Senior DVC guides. He is an older gentleman who runs the DVC info sessions along with another guide. We got a referral on our last cruise but it was never credited to us. He was the guide for the buying family. They are telling us we need his name to research the credit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The problem is that the guides are on a rotating schedule- so the guide that was on your cruise may not be the guide that is currently on or scheduled soon. I would think that DVC would be able to tell you who was working when, unless they have a policy against that. But that wouldn't make sense either since that person would lose out on commission if you bought after the cruise.

I keep getting the run around about finding out who was the CM during our cruise. They keep telling me there is no way to find out who was working then and I would need the name of the CM to find out what happened to our referral. We were not buying, but referred someone else who did and we never got the referral credit. They had our member referral card that they provided us while on the cruise to pass out to prospective buyers. Not sure why we didn't get the credit.

Couldn't your friend tell you who they bought from?

im assuming you met the person on the cruise. than you referreled that person than that person bought into dvc. it could of been when that person got home they backed out of it than of course you wouldnt get the money.
if its a friend just ask your friend whose their guide is

This is correct and it is quite possible. But, I would rather know for sure than miss out on the referral incentive.

On the 2/20/2010 Magic sailing the gentleman at the DVC booth on deck 4 was named Chris(fairly young maybe late 20's?) and he was from Florida. Hope this helps

This is the thread that list the guides names. Keep in mind that not states, like MI for one will let you get the referral bonus.
