Confusing pin code situation

I got a pin code in my email for a % off room only. When I click it and verify all my info I get a screen that says "Magic your way plus quick service dining pinned offer".... but when I tried to book it there is no quick service dining promo... just the room only. Which I would accept... if I didn't type in all my info and that show up. I talked to a couple people who said it is under my mothers name... how did that end up showing up when I put in MY last name and MY zip code with my pin number? Is it possible that maybe this pin code will be available to me on the start date of it? It says it is available 2/28-7/3 but I have never gotten an email about it. Not one person I talked to could figure it out and I wish it worked

Good luck! I am having a problem with my PIN too! I had to fax the info to guest services on Monday and I won't know anything more about it until tomorrow- they are researching the PIN because they could not locate it and they say it's not valid until Thursday. Guest services says several PIN offers went out prematurely, which is causing lots of grief! GOOD LUCK!!!

I have a pin offer for a % off that has a clickable link in it also. It says exactly the same thing about the quick service dining pin on it.

I chalk it up to Disney not doing a good job with updating/checking their websites. I'm guessing they use a template and just forgot to change the header.

But see I have clicked on the book now link TONS of times to price it out... it never said that until yesterday. That is why I am wondering if maybe it is meant to be a future code? Because the offer dates aren't even the same as the % off room dates. Oh well

Other people have reported getting a QSD code recently, so I assume that it is the latest email offer they have sent out with a clickable link in it. They updated the website text to reflect that newest code, but you can still access the website with your "old offer."

I don't think it means you will definitely get the QSD code, it just means that SOMEONE is getting a QSD code. Maybe you will luck out and get it. Cross your fingers.

I am definitely crossing my fingers... according to one person I spoke to that pin was under my mothers name at an aol email (that she hasnt used in YEARS).. except it showed up when I typed in my (married) last name and zip code so they were trying to figure out how that could be, but no one could make sense of it. Oh well... if we don't go this year (and it's looking like we won't), then we won't be back until we have kids that are old enough to go. But that is ok with me.
