I want to run the Disney's Half Marathon before I turn 40 I am currently 38years old, and I am in ok shape. I know I can run a half marathon but I have never entered one before. I planning to start a journal of all of my runs starting today. I will try to find a running plan that will help me reach my goal. I also plan to lose about 15 - 25 pounds in the process of reaching my half marathon goals. I currently weigh 220 and I am 6 feet tall, must people have no ideal that I am over weight. The format I plan to follow is every run entered on the day of the run, ( date, distance, time, pace, and calories burned) I am using my Nike Ipod running chip to help me keep track of this info. I am very open to helpful ideals from everyone and hope to see you at the finish line.
