Got my assignment 53 days out!!!!!!

I'm excited! No upgrade, but did get midship (GTY 4) with a clear verandah! I just hoping that I wouldn't get a white wall!!

Yes, on the 02/28/10 wonder! Getting so excited! It showed a cabin number yesterday.

Great news for you! I was not so lucky. Im on the 2/7 four day on the Wonder and I got my Cat 4 gty assignment and it was the LAST cabin on deck 8, all the way in the back with a solid white wall. I was so bummed. I wound up rebooking to a Cat 5 to get the nice verandah. The difference in the room size was not that important to me, the Cat 4 would sleep five people, but we didnt need that third murphy bed, so going to a five wasnt a big deal.

I know I should know this, but how do you know if the cabin has a clear or solid-white veranda?

If you go on the Disney site, or even on this site, look at the deck plans. If your cabin has a little * on it, its a solid wall verandah.

I think I was given the same room #8094, for my January cruise. I wasn't excited about the white wall, but since my 1 year old will be with us, it might be for the best. It might be nice being by the "secret" stairs that lead up to the restaurant, too.
