cat 12 in August

we would like to book the August 29th 4 day wonder cruise following our stay at WDW, Just wondering if cat 12's are ever released or by this point would all cat 12's be gone. I have no problem booking an 10 or 11 but thought if I could snag a 12 that would be awesome.

You just have to keep checking.

Also, some people will cancel before final payment is due, which would be about 3 months before sailing.

That would be the wise thing to do - book now and if they open up just downgrade your cabin.
