It's time for me to order a few items to be delivered to our room, and I'm sure I'll forget something. We are a family of 5 staying at the Beach Club. Here's my list so far;

water
soda
beer
chocolate milk
snack crackers
muffins
bag of chips

What do you think? Also, who should I order from?

I added for us...

Ziploc bags
Hand sanitizer
Baby wipes/Pull-ups (rather than bring in the car)
Cereal to-go cups (those were a HUGE hit)
Gatorade
Juice boxes

we ordered from garded grocer.

we ordered:
water 32 small bottles and i think a 1 gallon for the room, pop for dh, cheerios and milk for kids, yougurt, poptarts, snack pacs of famous amos cookies. i think thats it and we also brought gronola bars and fruit snacks for ds from home. we were on the ddp and ate breakfast in our room.

gg was great, i didn't have any issues with thembut did with the hotel that didnt put our fridge in our room for us...we needed it for medical needs and after requesting it and filling out forms they didnt put it in and we had to track it down and then call and find our groceries as well. once that was settled we were good to go.

We do a grocery stop but if we didn't and used a delivery service, the list would be the same.

We pick up:

Deli sliced cheeses
Deli Salami
Deli Ham
Rolls buns
Chips and dip
Beer
Wine
Alcohol
Pop
Olives

We enjoy pool picnics for lunch and do the sandwiches, load some drinks and snacks and enjoy a table at the pool.

We have ordered from Garden Grocer a couple of times. The orders looked something like this:

Pop
Bagels
Apples
Bananas
Granola bars
Chips
Cookies
Cereal
Milk
Water
Gatorade

Some of these items seem like they could just go in your suitcase. Are you allowed to bring food on the airplanes nowadays? I think flying SW you get 2 bags per person for free. I could easily pack a luggage just with food.......

Someone I know just got back and she said next time she'll bring green vegetables for her children. Apparently it is dificult to find green veggie-broccolli, beans spinach etc. on menus for her children to eat. Lots of snack food readily available.

I actually just did that this past October. Packed one bag full of mostly snacks and stuff. But I did have to pay the $15 each way for the bag, but then I could cram it full of souvineers for the way home too.:goodvibes

Whenever we travel we always order groceries to be delivered to the hotel (and have used garden grocer, just used vons at Disneyland)

We always order....
Bananas
Apples
Watermelon (if it's in season)
Wipes
Water - Smaller bottles and gallon containers
Milk
Crackers (or some type of snack)
Small bottle of Laundry Liquid (which we then leave behind in the laundry room when we leave, might save a few people a $ or two)

Things we order that aren't already listed here.....

wine
yogurt
cheese cubes
nice sand buckets and shovels for sand play
