Have a great time!! I'm so looking forward to the warmth of the sun this weekend as I'm sure you all are. It's going to be considerably warmer than I thought it would be - our last few Christmas trips it's been chilly enough for coats & glove on some days. My DD is working on Sunday (great to get that day in! - her manager is so good to her ) so I'll have the afternoon to just wander around and take in all the Christmas atmosphere. If I see you I'll make sure to say HI!

How fun!!! My manager at BBB asked if I wanted any hours when I was here but since I'll be here for 4 full days and won't get in till almost midnight tomorrow and leave at 2 for the airport on Tues, it kind of leaves me no extra time for work!

We'll be at YC the first night (Thurs) and then WL the rest of the time but maybe we will run into each other!

ONE MORE SLEEP TILL DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!



I've been a busy bee all day long and attempting to hold myself back from lashing out at the kids lol.

Tonight will be a short sleep for me. S and I switched shifts for tomorrow so she will work 8:30-5:30 and I will work 7-3. We won't be over ratio until lunchtime so it should be for a busy day as the school is making preparations for their SNACKS WITH SANTA party tomorrow night.
My class is singing, "I Want a Hippo for Xmas" They are pretty precious standing up and singing!!!!! I'm so sad I'll miss it...not sad...I'm neutral lol.

After work, I'll rush home, shower, update my IPOD with today's round table podcast, and pack the rest of my stuff up and head to meet Dd at 4:30 at his work to head for the airport!

I was sad to find out the other night that Vanessa Williams will not be speaking at our CLP show now Some older broadway star: Chita Rivera will be speaking now. I listened to a youtube video of her..she seems good enough I guess. I'd rather seen Andy Garcia (night before) or Abigail Breslin (day before we leave) but it will be fine!

former roomie: E's xmas gifts! I was planning on buying them at WDW but found them at disneystore!

One last look at the mug before it's packed, and yes we are that type of family that brings back the mug of the same year...

How my bag should be looking at this point..and hopefully in the car ready to go!

My carry-ons are lonely without my big bag!!!

Well, that is it for now!!! At this time tomorrow, Dd and I will be on the plane in the air headed to FL, and Dm and Dbro will be there enjoying food at ESPN Zone and watching Illuminations at 9:30 from YC

Yes! We are not the family that will use an old mug that isn't being sold that year, IE: the green/tan old WL mug that says WL on it or the blue one from last year. We do buy the new mug but when you go multiple times a year, we don't see the need in buying new mugs unless they begin to bar code them like the WL

T-MINUS 6 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!


I thought would a few minutes to say bye bye before I head to the airport.

It was a pretty good day at school this morning! I had 12 kids all day and it was a nice small group yet crazy because they have their Santa party tonight. I was able to finish the door names made of stockings and we even made candy canes, painted them white, and put sugar over the white paint!
Since we only had 12 kids all day, I found out when I went in that I would be splitting shifts with S today and would get off work at 12 instead of 3
When S came in at 12, she said the DR. said she was already 3cm dilated My poor director might be faced without 2 teachers in Pre-K!!!!

So after work I grabbed some lunch and headed home. I was able to talk to Dm and Dbro before they got on the plane. Right now they are on the plane with about an hour to go in the flight!


I was playing around with the idea of bringing my laptop. I'll have 3ish hours tonight before the flight, well 2 if Dd and I grab a "TS" dinner, a 2 hour flight to FL, 3ish hours coming back to OH, and a 2 hour flight. After pretty much sold on the idea of bringing the laptop, I've decided against it and removed my DVDs from my bag....that will mean more gifts to bring home!!!


Well that is about it for now, the flight is saying "ON TIME" right now!

Welcome back. Bummer how you left nice warm weather to a cold one. I met a man at dinner Friday and he said it was cold there last week,like 45 degrees they were on the back to Jersey.
