Cass, Rob and Kira back in Disney! Toddlers' tempers and tantrums *Final Video!1/06*

My daughters and I are having a great time reading your TR together! We can't wait to go back to Disney, and it helps pass the time...

Cheryl

Thanks Cheryl, glad you guys are enjoying it :goodvibes

Cass...we love Windsor Hills. We've stayed at the condo's twice. They are so handy for Disney. The condo you had looked great..how can you have a condo so near to Disney and not have it themed

Anyway.....I need more please.

Yeah, it's a great location for the parks! :cool1: More comin' at ya! ;)

Hi Cass! Really enjoying your updates so far and Happy Anniversary!

We came out of Flying Fish about 9PM that night and were stunned at how cold it had gotten ... too windy and too chilly for Florida in October. :

Hi Bendy! Glad to see you here! It was awfully chilly wasn't it :scared1:

Looks like you had a great 11th anniversary (is that right?) Kira looks like she had a blast!

Yup, 11th :thumbsup2

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the picture of Kira with Piglet on her head at Boma! She even looks like she is thinking, "Hey, how did you get up there?" and she posed herself that way!:lmao::lmao::lmao:

I was also amazed at the Mickey and Donald water paintings... that is incredible and I have never seen them do that. Very cool!

Yeah she was pretty funny that morning with her poses :lmao:

Great update Cass:thumbsup2, and love that condo, very nice with all the Disney artwork! And guess what, I bought that exact same pink sweatshirt that you had on last April!! Don't you love it, its so soft:cloud9:. And I think Rob's yellow shoes, well, they're growing on me:), they're actually kinda cool. Soo...whats next, where are we going tomorrow?:goodvibes

It IS really soft!! I love it!!

Another AK day with some DD thrown in for good measure :goodvibes

I asked Kira in the morning which shoes she wanted me to wear, she always asked for the yellow ones :)
Well, you can certainly pick me out of a crowd that's for sure.

Yup, she picked the yellow shoes every time

Great job on the trip report love! You sure know how to write them, its great remembering it all though not so much on how cold we were; have to say I'm glad I brought my jacket, I was at least warm by the end of the night and not frozen.
BTW: Your movies are almost done now.

Glad you had your jacket babe!

Keep it up girl. Loving the update!! :yay:

Hey Rob, did you get those shoes to match to your glow in the dark jacket?? :goodvibes

And hat too! :lmao:

you're a trendsetter Rob.:cool2::thumbsup2 by next summer all the cool guys will be wearing those yellow shoes.:3dglasses:cool2:

BAHAHAHAHA! :rotfl2:

I am loving your trip report! I love being in WDW when it's cold. Of course, we live in Florida so we get excited when it drops below 70. And I like being there without sweating to death the whole time! Although, I did use to live in a colder climate and I hated when I was in WDW and it was cold, I went there alot of the time to escape the cold weather so I can understand the disappointment!

(And Rob...the yellow shoes are growing on me. Just don't tell my husband, he will run out and buy them!:lmao:)

Day 4, Part 1

October 18th - Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney

I had planned quite a bit of AK time in order for Kira to play at the Boneyard but turns out we didn't need as much AK time as I thought :guilty:

We were going to try to meet up with Sean, Bernie and Bailey though so we went back to AK this morning.

Before we even entered the park we found Rafiki!

4-1.jpg

This was the day that Kira started to act up a little more. Nothing major but she really started to get bold and temperamental. She talked back to us 1000X more than she does at home and she really didn't listen to us at all. Just simple little things like not getting in the stroller or not holding hands, yelling for no reason, etc.

She kept pushing her boundaries and blowing us raspberries every time we asked her to do something that she didn't like. She flipped out almost every time we changed her diaper and this went on for the rest of the vacation until we got back home. :scared1:

I have to admit that Rob and I were getting pretty stressed. Although we still had fun and she had a lot of really special moments, it was really hard on us.

I knew that she would have the meltdowns and some back talk, I mean she's 2...it's to be expected but we really weren't prepared for how impossible she was to handle at times.

She was really difficult this day and so we decided to do the few things we missed the other day and then get out of the park.

Festival of the Lion King was our first stop and we ran into these bunnies just before the show.

4-2.jpg

I still say it doesn't look like Thumper :rolleyes1

Kira was acting up during the show and made it slightly unpleasant for the family behind her to watch the show. She kept moving around and blocking the boys' view of the show. She had a few big meltdowns but she did enjoy most of the show.

Glad to be out of that theatre though! The other big thing we wanted to do was the Safari for Kira because of all the animals.

On the way, we took a break and ate the fruit that I packed. This was one of my best ideas I had the whole week...I would cut up some fruit every morning and put it in a container and freeze it for 45 mins, then I put it in a little cooler lunch bag and into our backpack.

By around 11:30 when Rob and Kira started to get hungry, I would break out the fruit and it was a nice quick (much cheaper) snack for them. It was still nice and cold, which is how we like our fruit so it made for a very refreshing snack :goodvibes

We got a LOT of jealous looks and a few comments from other people. That morning a man stopped us and said "Oooooh blackberries!!! We LOVE blackberries! Can you PLEASE tell us where you got your fruit!"

Publix :lmao:

4-3.jpg

Kira always stole the strawberries first...that's my girl ;)

4-4.jpg

So, I had been texting S & B all morning to see how they were doing and if our schedules were similar so that we could meet up.

Well, as we were in line for the Safari, I got a text from them saying that they were in line for the safari! So I looked around and saw them at the front, about to board their truck. We ended up being 2 trucks behind them.

I really thought Kira would love this ride. She loves animals! Well, I was right about part of it...she enjoyed the ride alright. But she wanted nothing to do with the animals. I mean NOTHING!!

:rolleyes1

At first it was rather frustrating, we'd spot an animal and try to show her where it was and she just didn't want to look. In fact, the only animals she would look at were the ones at the top of each row in the spotting guide

4-5.jpg

After while she just made me laugh. Rob was still a little frustrated but I was just laughing my butt off at my girl! :rotfl2:

She was doing everything BUT looking at the animals. She was talking to the people behind us, playing peek-a-boo with them, she was trying to lay down on the seat, she was trying to stand up. For those of you who have done the Safari, you know just how bumpy and rough that ride can get!

4-6.jpg

4-7.jpg

Then she did something that made me laugh my butt off! The driver stopped so that we could spot some animals in the trees and she stood up right behind him and yelled at the top of her lungs at him

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"

:rotfl::rotfl2:

I was laughing so hard by now I was snorting!

4-8.jpg

I think Rob was still a little perturbed but I was having FUN!!!

When we got off the Safari, Sean, Bernie and Bailey were waiting for us. We got to give them all hugs and find out about their trip down.

We had lunch with them at Restaurantosaurus where they had their first taste of Disney chicken strips

They were going to do more rides so we went our separate ways and took Kira on Triceratops Spin before we decided to end our time at AK.

On the way out Rob decided that he wanted another ice cream sandwich so Kira and I waited on the bridge near the Oasis for him.

We waited and waited and waited and waited some more.

Kira was really acting up and being all crazy!

4-9.jpg

We waited at least 25 minutes for that stinking sandwich! :headache:

I was so mad and aggravated by the time he got back that I didn't even want any

4-10.jpg

I was getting a little crabby now myself and just wanted to get out of that park!

To be continued.....

Day 4, Part 2

October 18th - Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney

Back to the van so we could head over to Downtown Disney

4-11.jpg

We went to Once Upon a Toy where I bought some princess stuff for Kira and Dani. I sent her and Rob to go play with Mr. Potato parts. When I got back, she was playing with a little monorail :lmao:

Off to World of Disney for some shopping! The place was crazy busy so we got the stuff we wanted and got out of there!

The cashier was super nice and gave Kira (who was having a bit of a meltdown as we were paying for our stuff) a huge roll of Mickey stickers! This made her really happy! :lovestruc

4-12.jpg

Rob took our packages back to the van while I let Kira run around. We made it a game to run back and forth from the World of Disney Store to me without running into anyone. It was pretty funny actually!

4-13.jpg

We had ressies at T-Rex with S, B & B so we made our way over there.

4-14.jpg

It was our first time seeing T-Rex and it was MASSIVE!!!!!!!

4-15.jpg

We were meeting S, B & B at 6pm for supper at T-Rex but we were a little early so we just walked around a bit and let her blow off some steam.

4-16.jpg

Rob took off with Kira somewhere and then I ran into S, B & B. We stood in line to check-in and then waited to be seated. Rob and Kira still weren't back and I had no idea where they were.

Just as we were entering the building I saw Rob. Apparently they found a little play area where you can dig for bones just like in the Boneyard. I told him that we were about to seated. When he finally arrived he looked really upset. Apparently Kira did NOT want to leave the dig area and had a huge Category 5 meltdown :scared:

Finally we were seated and it was a little chaotic. It didn't help that they sat us right next to the main thoroughfare and it was super busy!

Some crayons kept Kira happy for a little while while we looked at the menu.

4-17.jpg

She was still a little sassy as you can tell but at least she calmed down in time for dinner!

The restaurant was really LOUD! And busy and my chair was right next to where EVERYONE was walking so it was a little overwhelming for me. It took awhile for Kira to get used to all the sounds but then she enjoyed it.

The food was really good, slightly on the cold side but good.

4-19.jpg

Rob was talking to our waitress about something but I was busy with Kira and didn't catch what he was saying.

Apparently he was trying to order a special dessert for me for our anniversary.

I found this out and tried to cancel the dessert (I didn't know about the anniversary part but since we were planning on going to Ghirardelli's for dessert, I really wasn't wanting to pay for another dessert here) but I guess it was too late.

Our waitress brought out some donuts with dipping sauce and a plate that read "Happy Aniversary" :rolleyes1 :lmao:

4-18.jpg

We all partook in this dessert, dipping the donuts in the yummy warm sauces.

4-20.jpg

Kira especially liked the donuts

Sean & Bernie surprised us by paying for the bill (check for you US folk ;)) saying thanks for helping them plan their trip, but they don't know that it was really all my pleasure! :goodvibes :rolleyes1

Glad to be out of the chaos...I took Kira back to the dig place while everyone else browsed the shop.

She had a whole lotta fun!

4-21.jpg

4-22.jpg

4-23.jpg

We walked over to Ghirardelli and got in 2 different lines to grab some dessert. I was still full from supper but I had really wanted to try their Peanut Butter sundae! (sorry can't remember the proper name)

Kira just wanted to go and run and the dessert wasn't sitting that well on top of all that other junk that we just ate so we had a few bites and then we left.

That dessert ending up being a huge mistake because I had to make an emergency pit stop at McDonald's on the way home because I just wasn't feeling well :scared:

I decided no more sweet stuff for me until the cruise!

Back to the condo and after Kira went to bed, I joined S, B & B in the community pool's hot tub.

I was planning on swimming but it was really quite chilly out and the hot tub was barely even warm so we stuck to the hot tub until they kicked us out.

Sean was smart enough to drive to the pool so we hopped into the van and blasted the heat to warm up :lmao:

We got our cruise suitcase from S & B (they kindly offered to take one of our suitcases because we had to pay for our luggage and they were flying Westjet and got 2 free bags each) and then surfed for a bit and then went to bed!

It was a long tough day and I was just spent!

Can't wait to read more!!! :thumbsup2

Videos

While I pick and edit my photos for day 4, here's a couple of videos for you.

They are large HD videos, so you will need to let them load for a bit :thumbsup2

AKV Pool

AKV Splash Park

They are not the greatest quality, they were taken on our Canon Elph but they are clips that I won't be putting in my final video, so I thought I would share them with you :goodvibes

Now we know what Cass sounds like!!!

Glad you were having a good time...

and about the tantrums... just wait until she's a teenager... :scared1:

Too cute! What a little pumpkin she is! :lovestruc

That anniversary dessert plate looks yummy! Do you remember at all what any of those four were?

It's funny about the little sink thing....Amelia LOVES those little sinks and pottys and I think that might be one of her favorite things about Disney!!! She just goes on and on about them. Ha ha!

RE the yellow shoes! Only a man wouldn't care and try those sucker on!!!! Well, at least he has some comfy shoes now.

The condo is very very nice! Great pics....looks very comfy cozy there. :thumbsup2

:wizard:PHEW on Kira liking fireworks!!!! I always get nervous that my kids are going to hate loud noises or something else similar. Glad she enjoyed them though!

I have subscribed. We just returned from our first trip in October after celebrating the twins 3rd birthday and our youngest was 2. So I defiantly understand the tantrums you were experiencing. Sounds like you had a good time though so far. Looking forward to hearing more.

Actually, I loved the cooler weather but I would have loved it even more if I was prepared for it! I didn't bring any pants at all (except for the cruise) and I only packed one pair of pants for Kira for the trip home. Only Rob had a warm jacket and Kira and I didn't have any socks :rolleyes1

It's a good thing I bought Kira some pants at Walmart and some socks at WDW for both of us :goodvibes

Oh there will be more videos with my big mouth yapping away on them

I don't even want to THINK about her as a teenager :scared1::eek:

Sorry, they never told us what the desserts were and I can't even remember what they tasted like now. I'm sure someone on the restaurants review board could tell you! ::yes::

And aren't those little sinks the best! She loved it when she saw one and she proudly ran out and told her daddy that she washed her hands all by herself!

Day 5 Part 1

October 19th - Disney MGM Studios AKA Disney Hollywood Studios

We spent the entire day at MGM today because it was our only day for that park. We fit in everything I had wanted except for Beauty and the Beast, which was pretty good I think...only one thing we missed!

Because it was a full day, I took a lot of photos so I will have to split this day up into many parts.

I woke up at 6:30 and couldn't get back to sleep so I just got up and showered and then did some surfing until I heard Kira talking.

I peeked in her room and this is what she was doing

5-1.jpg

We put some toys on her bed at night after she fell asleep so that she would have something to play with when she got up. :goodvibes

I think she would have slept later but it was so bright in her room. We have darkened her room at home, otherwise she doesn't sleep as well, so she's not used to it being so light. They really do need some curtains in that condo!

I made her some breakfast and she watched Mickey's Clubhouse on TV.

5-2.jpg

She really enjoyed watching that every morning in the condo. She's only seen a few episodes and they were all on DVD because we don't get the Disney Channel in Canada. :sad2:

Rob finally woke up and got ready while I got our stuff ready for the day. We got to the park a little later than I wanted, I think it was around 9:20 by the time we got to the bag check area.

5-3.jpg

Took a few pics and then we headed right for Toy Story Mania to get fast passes.

5-4.jpg

There was a 40-minute stand-by line for the ride and Fast Passes were for 11am and there was a long line just to get the fastpasses! :scared1:

5-5.jpg

We let Kira out of the stroller as often as possible because she really liked to walk/run around.

5-6.jpg

We got in line to see Woody and Buzz.

5-7.jpg

All ready with her book, she got so good at this!

5-8.jpg

Meeting W & B

5-9.jpg

5-10.jpg

5-11.jpg

After that I think we did the animation tour, which was totally boring for her and made it difficult for us, Rob wanted to wait in line to see Russell and Car from Up but she didn't even know who they were. Kira made a new friend in line and quickly passed the 20 mins we waited but as soon as we got up to the front, they said that they needed a break and would be back in 20 mins.

Well, we didn't have the time so we just left. Just as we were leaving the animation courtyard, Playhouse Disney was making their last call for their show. We decided to do it then instead of later and we made it just in time.

Rob had never seen Disney's Playhouse before and just a few days ago Kira and I taught him the password to make the Clubhouse appear. :rolleyes1 Well, it came in handy because we needed to yell out the password. Rob was laughing! :lmao:

Kira REALLY loved this little show even though she didn't know who Handy Manny was. She absolutely beamed when the Little Einsteins bit came on because she watches those all the time on DVD!

She danced and sang and had a great time! It was exactly what she needed! :thumbsup2

Day 5 Part 2

October 19th - Disney MGM Studios AKA Disney Hollywood Studios

We had an ADR for 11:30am for 50's Prime Time with Sean, Bernie and Bailey so we ran over there and checked in at 11:25am.

I can't remember who our "cousin" was but he was pretty good! As usual, I got picked on. Must be my big mouth :rolleyes1 :lmao:

5-12.jpg

Kira broke all the crayons as usual  and was getting a little anxious in her seat so we fed her some of S & B's onion rings they got as an appetizer.

5-13.jpg

5-14.jpg

She devoured the first one we gave her so S & B kindly shared more with her.

We didn't order her her own meal because every time we had done that, it was a big waste of food and money so we decided to just share our meals with her. Well Rob put some of his chicken on her plate (and she had some of my ham and pickles) but she refused to eat the chicken. Then Bernie gave her some of HER chicken and she devoured it!

I didn't get any photos but I did get some video of this which I will put on the trip video I make later. It was so funny, guess she's picky about her chicken :rotfl2:

Here she is playing with my toothpicks

5-15.jpg

We had a good time at lunch and we were glad we did it again!

It was now time for Toy Story Fastpasses :woohoo:

It was only about 10 mins or less in line and then we got to ride it. It was a very fun ride. I finished with a score of 147,500 which I think was pretty decent for a first timer :thumbsup2 I can't remember what Rob scored but he had Kira with him.

5-16.jpg

After TSM, we ran over to Lights, Action, Motors and made it just in time to see the show. Kira did well for most of the show but really got bored in between the action.

5-17.jpg

After LMA, we had our nice cold fruit for a snack and then walked over to the Animation building because we knew that The Incredibles were going to be there and it was Kira's favourite movie for months!

We ran through the exit (Rob asked me if there was a shortcut and I said YES!!! :lmao:) and just made it in time!

She loved seeing them!

5-18.jpg

5-19.jpg

5-20.jpg

Then we posed for a family shot with our guns all flexed. Poor Kira didn't quite understand that part but was soooo cute with what she did :rotfl2:

5-21.jpg

Well, the Incredibles left but Frozone was coming out to replace them so we got back in line and saw him too.

5-22.jpg

She really liked seeing him too! She was on :cloud9:

5-23.jpg

To be continued....

Go Kira go! That flexing was adorable!!!!!!!!! Looks like a great day at HS so far.

Day 5 Part 3

October 19th - Disney MGM Studios AKA Disney Hollywood Studios

It was now time for the afternoon parade Block Party Bash so we got a spot and watched the pre-show entertainment while we snacked on the rest of the fruit.

These ladies kept Kira entertained :goodvibes

5-24.jpg

5-25.jpg

We had never seen this parade so we weren't too sure what to expect. Well it started and it seemed to be a good start.

5-26.jpg

5-27.jpg

Kira was waving at everyone :goodvibes

5-28.jpg

It got a little loud during parts though

5-30.jpg

And then the parade stopped and they lowered the platforms and for the next 10 minutes we watched the safety guys fight and argue about one of the platforms

I guess there was an issue whether or not the one side of the platform was moving around too much. One lady kept trying to fix it and then another guy came over and told her it was just fine. Well then they argued about it until a performer came over and told them that it was just fine!

5-31.jpg

5-32.jpg

5-33.jpg

5-34.jpg

It was getting really old and we were all really bored!

Finally they just let it go and the dancers were dancing and jumping. Well the lady performer that was right in front of us kept making mistakes. She would lose her timing and then get mixed up and then watch the performer next to her to try to catch up. :sad2:

She was terrible!!!

Rob and I kept looking at each other like "Wow, could this parade be any worse??"

Kira was getting fidgety so we took her out of the stroller and let her sit on the sidewalk. Great decision!

So I had pretty much given up on this dumb parade. I was actually getting irritated and grumpy and then the most wonderful thing happened....

One of the dancers pulled Kira up to join the dance party.

5-35.jpg

5-36.jpg

Our video camera had died just moments earlier but I was able to think fast enough to switch our little camera to video mode and I captured this little piece of cinematic beauty :teeth:

Caution: long video...needs time to buffer!

http://cassworld.ca/videos/dhs-dance.wmv

After seeing my little babe in action, I've decided to put her in dance lessons :rolleyes1

I was so happy for her that I didn't even notice her enormously droopy diaper until we watched the video later that night :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Don't worry, she had a diaper change right after the parade

To be continued...

Holy smokes! For some reason, I wasn't getting emails telling me when the thread had been updated. I missed lot of installments but am all caught up now. Poor Kira, maybe she was acting up because she was having Disney overload.

Day 5 Part 4

October 19th - Disney MGM Studios AKA Disney Hollywood Studios

After the parade Kira was still in her happy place. We walked on over to Muppets and she pretty much danced the whole way there :lmao:

Check out Echo Lake...Ewwww!

5-37.jpg

We got to Muppetvision and her mood totally changed :rolleyes1

She just spazzed out for no apparent reason. I just had to laugh at this point because she just went mental LOL!

Here is a lovely shot of Rob trying to control our crazy kid

5-39.jpg

She was actually pretty good during the show so not sure what happened there!

After Muppets we went to find the Monsters Inc characters. This was Kira's favourite movie before Incredibles so she was very excited to see them too!

5-40.jpg

5-41.jpg

5-42.jpg

Can you find Kira?
5-43.jpg

It was now time for our ADR at Sci-Fi :3dglasses

I wasn't sure how this meal would play out because she would be in a car and probably would be seated with Bailey because she wouldn't be able to fit in the same row as us.

I also wasn't sure if Bailey would be OK with Kira sitting with her. Turns out I had NOTHING to worry about! This was the best meal we had together on the whole trip!

5-44.jpg

Kira sat in front with B and got her driver's license.

5-45.jpg

She sat really well and watched the movie clips. We bought her a little Tinkerbell cup light in effort to keep her a little more entertained.

5-46.jpg

5-47.jpg

Turns out we didn't really need it as she was awesome for Bailey and Bailey was awesome with her!

5-48.jpg

Every now again she would turn around but she went right back to sitting with Bailey.

5-49.jpg

Although once Rob's milkshake arrived, she turned around a lot more

5-50.jpg

I asked her if she wanted pizza and she said yes so we ordered her her own little meal. Good thing because she ended up eating the ENTIRE pizza herself!!!

5-51.jpg

She also helped her daddy with his milkshake...

5-52.jpg

5-53.jpg

But her daddy got lots of kisses so he was happy!

5-54.jpg

Rob had a lot of great moments during this meal, his favourite being when Kira shared her pizza crust with him!

Rob and I have been together for almost 14 years now and I have been giving him my pizza crust now for 14 years! I like the toppings and he likes crust so when we have pizza, he feeds me his ham and I always give him my crust.

Well, when Kira turned around and gave him her crust (all on her own!) his heart just melted!

It was a good moment!

5-55.jpg

Another great moment was when I realized that Bailey had found a fabulous way of making my daughter eat green beans. LOL!

She told Kira that if she would eat her pizza, she can have a green bean! LOL now I don't know WHY this worked but it did! Kira ate some pizza then Bailey handed her over a green bean! It was AWESOME!! My daughter does not eat many vegetables (no idea who she gets that from :rolleyes1) so I am happy whenever she eats any kind of veggie!

So my daughter ate her whole pizza, she ate a whole slew of green beans, apples and milk, never once melted down, shared some great moments with her daddy...how awesome was that!!!!!!!!!

BEST meal ever!!!!!!!!

I told Bailey that when we get home, she can babysit Kira ANYTIME!!!

Day 5 Part 5

October 19th - Disney MGM Studios AKA Disney Hollywood Studios

After supper Rob wanted to take Kira on Star Tours but she was just a little short :sad1:

5-56.jpg

Instead he just went shopping at Tattoine Traders while Kira and I waited. He was really sad that he couldn't take her and I told him to go alone but he didn't want to. The next time we go to WDW, the new Star Tours will be playing :thumbsup2

Notice Kira's new stuffy???

5-57.jpg

It was almost time for Fantasmic so we walked over to Sunset Blvd. I didn't want to watch the show but Rob really wanted to take Kira so they went and found a seat while I met up with S, B & B to do some rides! :woohoo:

We did 2 turns on Tower of Terror which was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! (My fave ride!) and then we did one ride on Rock N Roller before I left them to meet up with Rob and Kira at the front of the park.

Turns out that Kira liked the show but she was really acting up while they waited for the show.

The park was actually still open but it had been a long day already and we decided to just go home and give Kira a bath and let her get to bed at a decent time.

It was a really good day and we got a lot done that Kira enjoyed! :thumbsup2

Wow I had some reading to catch up here today. :surfweb:

I loved the fact that she woke up and was playing and talking to her toys! awwww... i remember those days....

But I have to say my favorite today was her dancing with the parade girls! :thumbsup2 Towards the end she turned towards the other girl they pulled up there and it looked like she was SHOWING that girl how to do it right! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Hi, Cass! Wow, you are rocking right along with this trippie, and I am loving every installment!!!

I totally agree about the rounded shower curtain rod--they make a world of difference! I can only imagine what your story with the DCL shower curtain is going to be like. We had fits with ours. As innovative as Disney is, you would think that they's be able to come up with something to fix the "sticky" shower curtain problem!!

Kira giving her Daddy the pizza crust just melted my heart...so sweet!
