Online ADRs

Trying to book my ADRs for next April, as today the length of time you can book in advance goes back up to 180 days...

Surprise surprise, the site is not working!

Guess I'll need to wait until they wake up and get online, and hopefully fix the site...

No doubt it's crashed due to the volume of people trying to get their 180-day reservations. Disney aren't known for the quality of their IT systems!

Yeah, that was my thoughts too!

It loads the booking page for whatever restaurant you want, but you can't search for availability, it immediately tells you your session has expired due to 20 minutes of inactivity!

I'll need to wait for someone to press "Control-Alt-Delete" at their end...

how do you get to the adr page? it keeps pulling me back to the UK disney site when i try and visit the usa adr page... any ideas?

Use this URL:

Then go to "book" and then "dining reservations"

But it's still not working... Although now I'm getting an error message saying that the booking system is currently unavailable. Guess they are trying to fix it.

I'm just going to keep trying every so often.

pity its not loading, on the main retaurants page people are talking about having to call, didnt really want to get dragged into all of that.

do you know what time (uk time) it opens?

I'm not going to phone, I'll just wait till the online problem is fixed. It's probably just fallen over due to volume of customers.

They are 4hrs behind us, so at the moment 11.50am here, 7.50am there.

I don't know what time the phone line opens though.

Lines opened at 7am I've been trying to get through since then with no joy.

Well I just got off the phone (52 minutes and thankfully it only costs 1p per minute!) and I got almost everything I wanted.
The Wishes Dessert party is not available for april but the CM said try later for that because she thinks it will be extended to cover April as it is selling out consistently.

Well done Rosie!! Good ADRs there.

I've now given up waiting for the web site, and have been trying to call - despite the fact this will cost me a small fortune.

Can't get through... Just need to keep hitting "redial"

I DID IT!!! I DID IT!!! I DID IT!!!

Eventually got through on the phone, after trying for 30 mins to connect. Waited in the system for 25 mins to speak to a CM, and then spoke to a lovely lady. She found my resort reservation, and when we got to the first dining reservation, Disney IT in their wisdom bummed out all the CM's to update something! AARRGGHH!

Called back 20 mins later, only 5 mins to get connected, and then a 10 minute wait to speak to a CM. Spoke to a different, but equally lovely lady, and 45 minutes later, I had all the reservations I wanted, for the times I wanted!! Awesome!

its back up. And I have just check for Xmas and New Years eve and there is still availability at some really good places, including artists, wispering, royal tabel, kona, and a few places in GF and akl. Was just looking as we might add a few nights at either new year or xmas at either AKL or WL as a real treat to get over the horrible things that have happened to us this year. The Xmas photos of WL looked really tempting!! and the prices on lastminutetravel.com are much better than on disney sites

We booked the Beach Club hotel through Disney UK next August and got the free dining plan Does anyone know if you can use the reservation number that Disney UK gave to book ADRs for the dining plan online or do you have to phone to make the bookings

The only one of ours that comes up when i check our reservations is the last one I made. On the email conf it has put the phone number in that I used but on the other online ADR confirmations the phone number didn't showon the email. I can't call any of these back.

I called to amend a couple of our reservations and phoned towards the end of the opening hours. I got through straight away, and using the 020 number it was included in the all inclusive phone package we have
