. We really had a BLAST!!! And someday, when i find the safe place I put their addresses in, I'll send them a link to this report just like I promised I would! DOH!
. But it looks like we were done having fun for the night!
Really, that night goes down as one of the funniest, bestest times I have ever had with Lonnie (and that's sayin' a LOT considering we were college roomates!), and I wouldn't change a thing. Loved Sonyas, loved GCR, REALLY love my friend.
.
Next up....the morning after....ugh.

Ya know, I had it in my back-pack for 2 weeks and then I did the STUPID thing- thought, "oh, it will get LOST in here!!! I'll put it in a SAFE place!" I should know by now, the SAFE PLACE is where IT FREAKIN' ALREADY IS!!!!!!!That is so funny!
This is the greatest picture. Seriously, you and Lonnie look so cute! You guys are having such a great time! How fun!
On a side note......I didn't copy the bartender picture - but the one on the left looks like she's a laugh a minute.
OH NO! Not home to the boring men watching TV. So glad you guys had the perfect evening. It's so great that you guys are still such good friends after college. That's really special. And its great you can have these trips together.
Oh no.....this is going to be bad, isn't it?
Loved the costume pix Ellen !!!! My camera isbroken so no pix excepton DD 's phone
that is a tough guess. The shirt is really throwing me.
Love the bar pics!
Hmmm I think I am pretty lucky to have the 2 smartest DISmom as a friends. but wait where does that leave Cammie???
I'm going to guess the DS12 costume is Jack Black My first thought was Burt Reynolds, but I'm sure he doesn't know who that is!
I wanted to post a pic of my little grandson's costume, but when I plug the camera in the computer thinks it's an XB0X! I have no clue why.
Wow! What a great trip! I have had such fun catching up this morning while I'm home . Vero Beach looks awesome. And what better way to experience it than sans kids and with your best friend!
I think I'm going to have to introduce myself to your "friend" Kim and invite a few bottles to my next dinner party!
Looking forward to hearing more about your F&W experiences!
I love the dress you got at Vero! Sorry you were disappointed with the wine seminar. What a bummer after hurrying out of the beach...
Denise
OK....no pic viewing for me right now, but I love the last two updates. Do you guys look hung over ?....I can't tell. I, however, know I would be after two bottles of wine at dinner and the green cabin cocktail hour!
So what's this about the wine tasting? No Caymus wine? Do they put a disclaimer on the seminars that say they can substitute at their own descretion? I am sure that seminar was not exactly pennies to purchase. Pffffft! That's ridiculous, especially since you cut out of Vero early to get there.
Anyway - I can't wait until I get a chance to go back to Vero with just my DH or another couple. I had fun with the kids, but a couples trip is definately more to my liking. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants there because I had read some mixed reviews, but I know I really want to try those scallops. I hope they keep them on the menu, just for me, whenever I end up getting back there - say 2012.
Caymus owns the wine we drank- but had we not been told that, I never would have known- as it doesn't say anything about Caymus on the bottle, or at least not on the front of the bottle. Kind of like going to a Coca-Cola tasting and sitting down to 3 different sips of Sprite. And it wasn't expensive- this was one of the seminars that used to be free- this year they started charging- $8 or $5 (if you had an AP, DVC, or TIW card- so I got the $5 tickets).
I don't think we look hungover- I felt fine, I drank a gallon of water before bed!!
Up to date on the pics now. You guys look great! (no hint of a hangover) and I Love the new dresses. Very pretty.
I have to stay that I am surprised the wine tasting was so inexpensive. Having never been to any F&W events, I figured everything extra was pricey. But that is one meager serving of wine. Howsabout a real glass of wine?
I am thinking of purchasing the canon rebel because I've read/heard a bunch of good things about it. I'm surprised the screen went black on you. I'm glad its OK.
