Booked my flights online a while ago and for some reason i decided to check something this evening. Logged on and noticed that my mums name was incorrect!
Instead of Alison Foster it was Aliison Foster - obviously just a typo on my part but it took me a 45minute phone call to the call centre in India and cost me £30 to sort out!
