Title should say Virgin Miles (40,000 per ticket)

Can't believe it but just booked for 28th November for 2 weeks. Only got back on 29th August. Have never ever done this before but I had enough points for 3 flights with Virgin Miles so cost us just over £500 for all 3 of us. Plus our Disney & Seaworld/Busch annual passes all expire 13th December so won't need to buy any tickets. Should be a pretty cheap holiday as going to book Bonnet Creek at $120 a night. For those people who go more than once a year, what do other people think. People at work think I am very sad!

We were lucky enough to have 3 trips in 12 months, The annual passes are what made us deside to go for it and we were so glad we did.
You only live once, so if you can afford it, make the most of the cut prices during the recession and have a good time.:thumbsup2
PS have a look at fitting in a carribean cruise, there are some really cheap ones available at the moment.

I think people at your work are jealous.:thumbsup2

Last year we got 4 trips out of our AP's, I feel very lucky and privileged, certainly not sad. Our Oct trip cost so little, flights £240pp, Fairfield Inn £27/night incl breakfast for all 3 of us, already had AP's for Disney, SW, Uni, IOA, & Busch. Car £160 for 9 nights + food.

As Tony said if you fancy a cruise I posted last night they are almost giving them away just now, 4 night RCCL in Oct for £113pp if I remember rightly.

Excellent deal!

I am on the 1pm flight. would have preferred the earlier one but that was only available for miles and money and not just miles. was happy to get the early flight coming home though as had the 9pm one in August which didn't leave until after 11pm.

Unfortunatley having to go economy. Part of me wishes I have never started going PE as I now know what I am missing. Saying that, we did twighlight check in last time and were able to get the extra leg room in row 21 which was great. Will try again this time.

I would also be one who would go as often as we could if only money, school and work didn't get in the way.

Once we have done this upcoming trip I will looking at my miles and keeping an eye on the dates available to see if we can fit another trip in before our APs expire. That reminds me - I need to get my Mum, Sis and her husband registered for Flying Club - do they still give points for recommending someone??

That sounds great OP. People at my work think I'm sad too, as do DH and DS. yet it is always those two who start looking at the holiday photo's and talk about the free food we ate.

have a great time

I dont care what other people think , We love Disney so we come as often as we can afford. I agree with the other poster , people are jealous.

Enjoy your stay
