Photopass - adding photos from a different account?

Hi all,

DH and I pre-ordered the Photopass CD and told the family that we would add all the Photopass cards to it when we got back. The one thing I told my brother and SIL to do was to give me all their cards, and not look at them online.

They have finally given me their card today, and having tried to upload it to my account, it tells me it is already attached to another account - they've been online to look at them, despite what I said.

If I email Disney Photopass, is there any chance they could reallocate this to my account - there are in fact pictures featuring myself and my new husband on this card! Or will they just say it's tough luck, and that to get these photos we would have to order another CD?

I've no idea what the answer is but surely its worth a try. Just explain, as you have here, that one of your Wedding party accessed a card before giving it to you.

we got ours added while we were out there, everyone had a card and we went to a photopass location at disney and they put everything on one card

Sarah, the problem we have is that I had all the cards except one - put all those onto my account, but my brother looked up his online, despite me telling him not to - now I can't add them to my account so they can all go on the pre-bought CD!

I would log into your account and use contact us, give them both card numbers and ask them to merge them.
Have you tried? they might do it.
I used contact us a few days ago, had about 12 missing photos with Tigger in AK, within a few hours they had been added, also 2 pics with us looking silly, arms in air and no balloons added, a little longer but they added them.

Now if there is a way to get my brother to listen to my advice in the first place, I'd be really pleased to hear it....lol!

I often moan about Disney responding to emails but can't fault their Photopass dept. so far, hope I have not spoke too soon

You've totally hit the nail on the head! We also tried to give them some advice (not being commando at all) for park touring, and they just weren't interested - they are very good at dithering!

On another positive note, I've just checked the Fed Ex tracking and the package is at Stansted to be delivered to us tomorrow. Although we'll both be at work and will therefore probably have to arrange redelivery, I'm very pleased with the speed of the whole process.

Yeah, that is what takes the time! I impressed Carl by adding Princess and the Frog borders to some of the ones where we are kissing, lol! The thing is, there were so many where we were kissing - that's all the photographers wanted us to do

Glad you got your PhotoPass issue sorted so quickly. I've always found the PhotoPass folks very helpful, but it often takes a couple of days for them to reply to emails.

Yeah - kissing seems to be the new theme this year. Just wait til you've been married for 10+ years! Every time a photographer said "Now, give your wife a kiss" my DH was like "Aww, do I have to?"

Lol!! We found it once or twice in 2006 (the DHS photographer saying "make love" in front of Tower of Terror was odd, til we realised she just wanted us to kiss!), but this year it was mad.
