Great updates! Guess what? I WATCHED THE SANTA CLAUSE!!!! It was awesome and got me really excited, as usual! Also your Disney lesson ideas are GREAT! I wish my DD had you as a Kindergarten Teacher! Although, when we went into school last week to meet her teacher, we saw that her student teacher had been to Disney World 12 times and worked there last year! I'm excited to get to know that lady!!!

How cool!!!! I think any teacher associated with Disney must be great!!!!

Man, I totally wish I would've done the CP or one of the internships. My cousin's doing one now and she loves it. I am so jealous. Just for kicks I went on the Disney Careers site to see what kind of jobs they have openings for right now. haha!

Ooooooh the Grand Floridian Spa - that sounds awesome!

Yes, it is awesome!! My mom and I went last Sept and we got the "tired and soothing legs treatment". It was pretty much fancy for pedicure w/o the polish and was 45 bucks each.
I also got a massage treatment at SSR with my college roomie last Feb and we LOVED it!!! I'd do it again in a second!!

I thought about being a naughty WDW lover and make you all wait until the end of the weekend but what the heck, I'm excited and my family is excited so why not!!......

FINALLY THE DETAILS!!!:

Long story short, we were waiting to hear back from Dbro about his master's online classes, my work 'OK', Ddad's work 'OK' and Dm's work 'OK'.

Well today, I pretty much got the green light. It will depend on the days they are willing to pay me for and not pay me for but what the heck it's 3 days I'll be off, so what it they end up being unpaid, I'll still go!!

Dm got the green light:

Ddad got the green light:

Dbro got the green light: one final due Dec 6, 2nd one due before the 12th, and third one is the 17th :

HERE WE GO!!!!!!!!!!

MORE DETAILS:

Ddad called Dm this morning and said "well, did Dbro hear from classes" and Dm's response "were green for go!!!!"
...Ddad doing his "i'm not getting excited about this" attitude said where is the info for the delta flights..and here we go!

After work I got home and figured that I wouldn't mention the flights and that Ddad would bring it up..he did
He had had a BOGO from Delta that he was going to try to use so he called only to find that someone had used it..now what the heck? So after calling AM Express to get a new code (maybe tomorrow if not next week?) he could not book the BOGO flights which would have been $198 total instead of $340
...so what did we do? Book online with Delta We have 24 hours to cancel so if Ddad gets the code tomorrow we will cancel and rebook with the discount so it's official!!!!

After we called Dm, she too went online and booked her SW flights Her's were 200 each which isn't too too bad I guess?? They have 2 free bags each so Ddad and I will pack the wkd before and send them with DM and Dbro.

TRIP DETAILS:

WHEN: DECEMBER 10-15TH, 2009

WHERE: WILDERNESS LODGE RESORT: COURTYARD VIEW WITH BUNKBED

WHO: DMOM, DDAD, DBRO, AND I

FLIGHTS: DMOM AND DBRO: Southwest from Pittsburgh leaving for MCO at 1:30pm-3:30pm and Ddad and I Delta from Cincinnati leaving for MCO at 8pm-10:15pm (I have to work )

...we had decided against free dining. Ddad has always wanted to stay at WL for xmas after seeing it last year and for 200 bucks a night, you can't beat it. We will have a few TS meals (later posts) and mostly CS meals.



WELL HOW DOES IT SOUND???!!!!!!!!!!!

I was psyched. Dm will be up all night looking at her Disney Planning book!!

I'm going to get up early tomorrow to print everything from ADR ideas, prices, flights, etc.

It feels unreal!! I even called WL to double check that DM and Dbro could check in w/o me there for my ID and wonderful Anastasia said it was A-OK At first I was a little upset that DM and Dbro would get there nearly 6 hours before us but they are going to DTD and I really have no desire to go down there plus the 45 min bus ride so they can knock themselves out!!!!

I know, how cool!! I went back and re-looked at your dates. My friend and her DH and DD are going around the same time too. I priced them out a 1br villa at BW but they use Marriott Vacation Club (gag me, its disney!) so I found some great deals like 235 a night at SSR and OKW which is good considering we're paying 200 for a BB room at WL so we'll see if I can get them convinced!

Haha, when I was booking the flights (since Ddads PC is still dead) he kept asking me if I got the right flights--yes Ddad, I'm 24 have flown on planes since I was 2 and the 4x I went home when living in FL I booked them on my own : and then promptly told him that I had found these flights 2 wks ago and he promptly tells me, I found them over a month ago so ha! He does like to hide his love for WDW I guess!! When I told him of my binder he was less than thrilled. I'm thinking of making one for my mom and copy all the sheets at work :
