For those that have booked with Disney - A question?

When roughly do you receive your pack with all the info in it? We go in 28 days and just wondered when we should expect it?

I booked flight-inclusive holiday, although I don't see why it should be any different.

I believe flight inclusive comes from Openride/Virgin Holidays so it is different.

From what I have heard on hear hotel and tickets should get theres about a month before.

When I booked our hotel and ticket on seperate bookings (but with Disney UK) we just took out email confirmations.

we booked only hotel and tickets, flight holidays will be around 2 weeks before you travel just like any other agent

Well, the mail came today and still nothing. I'm going to phone them at the weekend and see what the score is.

It must have got lost in the post - most people (me included) seem to get them 19/18 before they travel. As lond as you have your email you will be fine - but if I was you I would try ang them to send it special delivery so you get your mini golf vouchers etc

Our documents turned up the beginning of this week.

But the new trainers I ordered for the trip took 2 and half weeks to arrive!

I phoned them today and they said they should have been sent out but will arrange for them to be resent.

Remember there may be a postal strike.
Might be a good idea to phone them and send them out by courier, tell them you'll pay the extra if needs be!

If I miss the letter then that's a shame. Is there definately going to be a postal strike?

It's not really the confirmation i'm worried about as I have the e-mail, it was just meant to be part of the build up.

We have booked hotel and 14 days tickets plus QDP through Disney, we just assumed we went to POR on the day and check in, we have a print out when we booked with a reference number on so assumed that would be all we need. Did not realise we would get anything like a pack - we wait in hope

In truth, it's nothing special - just the voucher for Planet Hollywood, free mini-golf etc and a voucher to hand over when you check in.
I'm sure if you had to travel without this pack there would be no problem.
